I have to accept that it was not hard to prefer this company instead of the others because the quality that these air conditioning devices have is just what every single family deserves to have! I love being cool in the middle of a very hot weather when people get crazy without noticing! I had to buy my air conditioning from this place since there was nothing better I could find! And since that day, I have been telling people the great benefits I have gotten!

I had a good experience with this air conditioning company at once when I needed to buy a new device. We live in Miami so I looked for a proper and good company which could supply us the best air conditioner with great services and offers. I searched a lot in internet and direct air’s web page came up. I contacted them and asked about my doubts. After, I realized that it is one of the best companies for providing excellent air conditioner in Miami so I got their services. Now upcoming summers will not be difficult to face!

It was a little hard to choose an air conditioning device, I searched it in many places and the best I got was this one. This place or business offers very nice air conditioning very easy to use and accommodate to my needs and times. I can’t complain with the customer services, the staff treated me very well and I was happy with that. I think that any store can be better than this one in Miami!

My air conditioning is really working properly as they told me it was going to be but I found out that one of sons was playing with it and it got damaged. I don’t have enough money to fix it up…I am in trouble!

We were very satisfied with the work they did. We had our air ducts cleaned and will definitely be using them again! Air duct System repair. I wanted to let everyone know that the response time of Direct Air Conditioning was fantastic! They were very communicative walked me through each step and I didn't feel like I was being ripped off in any way.

They were very timely. They explained everything in detail but not overwhelming. They completed the job with minimal interruption to the household activities. I noticed a substantial difference in the cleanliness and functional efficiency of the AC unit after the cleaning.

My air conditioning is wonderful! I got it from this company and I recommend it to all Florida’s citizens!

Showed up very quickly but they are VERY expensive! AC broke this morning (Saturday) and I called them at 8:00. They showed up within an hour and 15 minutes. Quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 15 minutes. Very happy with that!!



However, the bill came out to $225 dollars for what amounted to 15 minutes of work and a part that can be purchased retail for as little as $5 dollars (I looked it up online...the exact same part). I asked him why it was so expensive and he wouldn't elaborate much and basically said it is what it is, you're paying for labor and travel time. This surprised me a bit since when I called them in the morning I was led to believe that their base labor charge was $65 dollars. Maybe I misunderstood.... Or maybe I'm just out of touch with the reality of what AC work costs.



I was happy with the actual work since the repairman was competent and he did fix the AC but they either marked up the part by 2000% or they charged me $220 for a 15 minute service call. I also work in the service industry and I understand the concept of a minimum service charge (I have a 1 hour minimum) but in my opinion this was excessive.



Bottom line - they showed up very quickly, the repairman was competent and the work was good, but their prices were higher than expected and not what I would consider reasonable and did not match the expectations they gave me when I talked to them on the phone. But like I said, I'm willing to consider that maybe I'm just out of touch with what is considered a fair cost for this type of work.

I am a mother of 3 wonderful boys and unfortunately my husband is handicap, so we try to survive to this life with all the strength that God gives us every day. Since my husband had an accident when he was driving the last car we got, our lives have changed. My sons had to start to work because there was no way to have enough food and money to pay the bills. Then, three months, the owner of the house where we were living asked us for his house. We could not pay more. All our things till the air conditioning had to stay like an exchange. We moved to Miami with an uncle that lives in Overtown. We just got our clothes and ourselves. That was a very hard time in my life; we did not have either an air conditioning or sofas where to sit. Then, summer arrives and we tried to stay outside the house in order to tolerate the weather but when it was raining, the house became a very difficult place to be. Well, I am not going to tell you every single detail from my family’s experience, I am here to let you know about my curious story about my air conditioning and how this company became unforgettable for us. So, when I was there with my family trying to survive to the difficult temperature, we started to walk around the city and one day we found this company. we talked with these guys and we explained them that we did not have money to pay it but we needed, well as it can logic they said it was going to be impossible…so, I told Mike, What would you say if I clean the establishment and you discount the price of the air condititiong while I work…the company said no. They showed me a very nice but compromising plan. Then, we did not have any option, we accepted and one week later we received a call from my mother telling me that she was going to help us. Today I am in my own house with my family and my air conditioning! This company was a very gentle company that in some way helped us a lot! Also, I have to say that the air conditioning is excellent! Thank you Mike and company!

There was a time of my life, when I did not have enough money to get my air conditioner and my family could not sleep when we had hot seasons! Then I visit this company and I got 36 months fixed with a rate of 9.9% in equal payments! That was a blessing! Thank you direct air!

We were told that we had mold in our air ducts by another company and were shocked at the estimate. We called around and got a few estimates and various opinions. This company told us we do not have mold in the system, and the ducts were not that bad, but could use cleaning and sanitizing as they were not cleaned in several years. They did the job and showed us the contents in their filter. Very polite guy who was very kind to our scared cat, Highly recommend.
