All I can say is that Direct Air Conditioning saved our 4th of July get together. I was going to have my friends and family at my house for a BBQ. I called them that saturday because my ac was not cooling at all and a live person answered. I had a technician at my house within 2 hours. He checked my outdoor unit and replaced the contacter. While there he checked the air handler also. Their prices were reasonable and very professional service. I would recomend them.

first time I used direct air. made an appointment and wow! they showed up first thing @ 9:00 am like they said they would ,also were very neat , and corrected plenum that was not part of estimate .above and beyond the call of duty YES I would recommend direct air to anyone that appreciates polite professional straightforward and competitive pricing for superior product and service THANKS DIRECT AIR YOU GUYS ARE THE BOMB!!!

I generally do not write reviews but I felt compelled to do so in this case. Mr. Will the technician whom the company sent over for an estimate for a replacement unit was an outstanding representative of this company, if how he acted is any indication of how Directair does business. After 4 days without the luxury/necessity of AC in my home and friends advising me of how to fix it , I waved the white flag and happened by chance to come across this company amongst others. I have to say that my family and I will not forget how professional and helpful Mr.Will was. After going through the estimate and not being able to go that route he took it upon himself to tell me that he was not leaving until we could get our AC cooling again until we could replace it. That kind of attitude is above and beyond what one normally encounters these days in any given field. I am happy to report that he did manage to cool us down again. I will be calling this company again for any AC problems I encounter and will highly recommend them to all my friends and acquaintances whenever asked for any AC problem solving company. And did I mention the cost was reasonable? All the makings of a great business.Thank you Mr. Will and Directair .I would highly recommend this company.

i NEVER DUE REVIEWS BUT I HAVE TO SAY THANK YOU TO DIRECT AIR AND CARLOS AND JORGE FOR THE CONSIDERATION AND TIME THEY PUT INTO THEIR WORK. IF THEY WOULDN'T ANSWERED MY CALL AND AND SEND THESE GUYS OUT TO MY HOME AND DUE THE WORK THEY DID.... HEAVENS KNOWS IF ANYBODY WOULD HAVE BEEN AS HONEST AND CARING TO TAKE ON THE JOB!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND THE PRICE FOR WHAT THEY DID IN MY HOME WAS MORE THEN FAIR. AND THEY ARE WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU.

Disrespectful and unprofessional. I called them based on internet reviews... I did not realize the reviews were from 2011. Evidently a huge change has happened to this company. Avoid!

NEVER USE THEM I CALL FOR A ESTIMATE FOR NEW A/C, MY HOME NEVER HAS HAD ONE, THE GUY GAVE ME A TIME BUT THEY NEVER SHOWED UP EVEN AFTER A CALL TOO MORE TIMES.

I called them and they informed me the procedures and the prices. After they were done cleaning my air duct they brought back my family´s air conditioning unit to life!

Garbage company! They where rude and very expensive. Don't call them

I want to highly recommend this company´s service; I´m not a person that writes reviews very often, but when you received such a good service you have to tell everybody! My AC unit started acting up few months ago but I was too lazy to do anything about it, until one day it just gave up. I remember that day being really hot and I was home alone; I didn’t know who to call or what to do, so I turned to the good old internet for answers.

I found a lot of air conditioning companies and I called them all!! But the only one that gave me a good price and fast response on emergency services was AC Air Conditioning. Long story short, they sent a professional to take care of my needs and everything turned out really cool.

My husband called Direct Air Conditioning on Monday and asked for an emergency service and we got a response right. I can´t remember the name of the guy that assisted us but I think it was john or Josh, any way he was just great; excellent sense of humor, respectful and super professional. The whole fixing of our AC took about 35 minutes that felt like 10!

I received great help from this company. My AC was acting funny and last Thursday just stopped working. I called them at 10 am and received fast response, the tech arrived almost 40 minutes later; checked up the situations and got to work. I was very pleased with the service and the bill didn’t seem outrageous. I will recommend them for sure!

I called Direct Air Conditioning for a duct cleaning service last week and they did an excellent job! The tech was very professional and friendly; he answered all of my questions and explained the whole process step by step and the best part was the competitive price. Thanks for the great service Direct Air I´m one happy customer!

My A/C stopped working on a Sunday morning. The technician arrived just about an hour after I made the call. The technician was courteous and promptly resolved the problem. Great service but expensive. A small part with labor costed me about $250. Having replaced this part in the past, I know the part costs about $50 and the labor isn't hard at all. My A/C technician who normally does this for me was out of town for the weekend and it was a hot Sunday and I was desperate.

Overall: Fast, great service, knowledgable but pricey.

People know that having an air conditioning in Miami is not an option, it is mandatory! I do not remember the day i bought my first ac but what i remember is that it got damaged two months later, so i had to buy another one and another and another...i did not know what i was going to do it that waste of money. Then, i called this company that i found in internet and i decided to try again...well, it was my opportunity to end with those bad moments, and it was true, i have been with my ac for one year and a half and it keeps perfect! Finally!

There is no other better store where i could find excellent air conditioning in Miami! As soon as my best friend recommended me direct air, i went there to see if i could finally be cool and relaxed at home where i had to stay for more than three weeks without an air conditioning! One day the energy went off and the ac got burnt, something i did not expect and completely strange, but thanks to my friend i got it with wonderful guarantee and conditions! Thanks!

Avoid doing any business with this company. I was charged $245.00 to repair my AC unit and the repair was never made. I had to contract out a 2nd company to perform required repairs. In addition, my credit card was cloned/stolen after the technician for this company captured my credit card information. After calling in to complain to a manager, I was told I would receive a call back from a manager. I never received a call, as promised, to resolve the charge of $245.00 for the repairs which were never made nor did i receive a call back in reference to my concerns about my credit card. I’m going to file a formal complaint with the BBB. Avoid doing business with this company.

I did not know about this store till the day I crossed the street and my mom called me to tell me that the air conditioning got damaged and I had to buy another if I did not want to arrive home and get upset because I cannot stand being with a very high temperature in my room. So, when I hung up, I raised my head and I saw this store where I purchased my air conditioning. And I haven’t seen any difficulties, so I am happy of my decision!
