I recently bought my first home and financed my house with Billy Persohn at Premier Lending. From day one Billy was nothing but professional, helpful and extremely friendly. He was readily accessible and available to answer any questions I had along the way. I searched for a home for over a year and through that year Billy maintained contact with me regularly to keep me posted on the flucuating interest rates. He went above and beyond to make my loan work for me. I feel as though I have made a life long contact for future mortgages and/or refinancing.
