My family and I worked with Bernice Pace of Premier Lending in 2023 for financing our new home in McDonough, GA. Bernice was very professional and amazing to work with. He understood my work schedule and would call/text and email me with instructions of what was needed and would follow up. He communicated everything along the way. The process was effortless! The financing is typically the least favorite part of purchasing a home. Not with Bernice!! I would recommend anyone needing financing/re-financing to contact Bernice Pace. I have worked with Mr Bernice in an attempt to unsuccessfully purchase my last 3 homes. He helped me purchase houses in 2015 and 2020 and I recently contacted him about refinancing the most recent purchase to take advantage of lower interest rates. The refinancing was rapid and easy and the clear and specific instructions from Bernice made it that way.

Bernice Pace has helped me with two mortgages. One in 2012, and one in 2021. Both times he has been very responsive and worked hard to ensure the smoothest process and efficient closing. Professional, ethical and responsive is what Premier Lending means to us. We had used Premier Lending for our original mortgage and have kept in casual contact with our representative Bernice. A quick inquiry to Bernice regarding the "value" of refinancing at lower rate and the benefits, got us an immediate response with options. Bernice made the process seamless and maintained that responsiveness so few companies do today by keeping us updated via email, text or phone call. We locked in a great rate and completed the process with "approval" in a relatively short time frame.

We worked with Bernice a few years ago as first time homebuyers and again recently to refinance due to the low interest rates. Bernice was great to work with both times. He was able to get us a great refinance rate where we were able to cut 2.5 years off of the life of the mortgage in addition to reducing the monthly payment by almost $200! There was an unforeseen issue with the title related to an HVAC replacement, but Bernice was able to work through it and still managed to get us closed in a timely fashion to keep the rate locked in. Would highly recommend and work with him in the future if the need arises.
