Canine Design Pet Spa

I've taken my dog to this location to have his nails trimmed, he loves the staff!



There seems to be 1 rude lady that can answer the phone.. I've spoke to her.. not sure who she is but she can leave a bad taste in your mouth as she's just rude.



But the staff I've met in person are AWESOME and nice. I just do not like they do not provide the services they state they are providing in their packages.



I started to notice they offered washing packages that include expressing the dog, ear cleaning, nails, grooming etc.



I selected this package even though my dog doesn't really need to have a haircut.



I would pay the 26 dollars and expected that he was getting his nails trimmed, ears cleaned, expressed, washed, and "blown out."



Well come to find out the only service that was being performed was nail trim, wash, and "blow out."



I found out the other items were not being completed by my dogs vet when we took him in for a check up.



Just be upfront with services rendered.

This is a really great place to get your dog groomed. Not only do they do the best work, but it's the best price too. I have four poodles that are my babies. I don't trust them with just anyone but, I have known Shannon and Shawn my hole life and do trust them. When I pick my little poodles up, they look like little show poodles with cutle bow and painted toes. I recommend them to everyone.

I have recently taken my dog Missy thier twice and love the overall treatment and cut shes gotten

June 23rd 2015 , WOW!! I was looking for a groomer for my dog and read the reviews that led me to believe that Canine Design Pet Spa was going to be a plesent experience for my pet, and maybe it WOULD have.. Until I called also expecting friendly staff to answer my questions in detail regarding the services they provide.INSTEAD the woman that answer was very condescending in her response that they do "pet grooming". I choose not take my pet to a facility were even ONE staff member has an additude toward me when all I was trying to do is find out exactly the services they provide. I am left to imagine how she would treat an animal that has no voice to write a review...

Best groomers ever. They keep our huge Rottweiler/shepherds brushed out - clean - clip their nails and they love it there. Our Yorkies leap out of the car to go in for their beauty style. Our dogs love to go - we love how they come home so clean and well groomed. Very best place of all the various places we have lived. Thanks to all of you.

The staff are great with Nipper. Could not ask for more loving individuals.
