Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa

Went in to return 7 empty jugs and refill 1 jug. I was advised that I couldn't get my return refund without a receipt. A flyer posted by the register advertised a decreased refund amount for returned jugs after 30 days WITHOUT a receipt. When I questioned the cashier about the posted policy, he said it was a "personal" policy not to accept the empty jugs, as well as a store policy. I asked to speak to a manager and was told by the cashier that he was the manager. When I asked who was above him, he indicated that the store owner, his mother, Dorelle Norlin, was the owner. I find it interesting that it's the children whose parents give them job opportunities are least concerned about poor customer service... Not to mention, apparently this small business doesn't follow their own posted return policies. Horrible service, shady business practices. Will reserve edits to this review until after Tuesday when Mommy returns to work.
