First of all, their site is terrific with regards to the detail they provide about their diamonds, so you can closely inspect and pick out the ideal diamond you want. I felt very comfortable with my selection over what I could have possibly received via retail outlets, where I would not have known the flaws of the diamond. The order itself was processed very rapidly and in less than a week, they sent me pictures of the prepared ring prior to shipment.
