I cannot say enough about how absolutely wonderful my experience was with The Global Rings Jewelry. My fiancee and I went there to get our wedding bands and from the moment we stepped foot in the door, we felt like part of a family. They custom made both our wedding bands for us and they came out exactly like we wanted. To take it a step further, my original wedding band was a little tight and instead of making it bigger, they made me a new one from scratch so that there were no markings on it at all!!! The staff there is second to none and I will tell anyone reading this .... Make sure you ask for Billy. Our experience with Billy from the moment we first walked in to the moment we walked out with our wedding bands in hand was nothing short of incredible!!!! Whatever we needed or wanted he gave us and always with a huge smile on his face. His work is impeccable and he delivered on his promises. He took the time to come sit down with us and listen to what we wanted and explained to us how he would make all that happen. They both made us feel just as important to them as every other customer no matter what amount was being spent. Call the jeweler, he is a professional and a gentleman. Have him fix your Rolex rather than sending it to Rolex. You will save a lot of money.

I was helped from start to finish. All my initial questions were answered promptly and I was offered a very fair price on both the diamond and the band. I even asked to modify the side diamonds on the side and had no problem doing so. Once they completed my ring, they took pictures to show the final product, which looked stunning. They completed the ring ahead of schedule too! The real treat was seeing it in person. Once it arrived I was blown away by how amazing the ring looked. No detail was forgotten, the diamond was stunning, and the diamond and band was beautifully polished. The whole Global Rings Jewelry staff made the experience very enjoyable.
