Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Courteous service and excellent outcome, as always in my experience with Enterprise going back 15 years and more. Minor question: does Enterprise have a loyalty/rewards program that I have been unaware of?

As has happened every time, Enterprise took good care of me. I got a great deal, god car & prompt efficient service. I don't bother renting from anyone else because I know Enterprise works!

Rented a compact SUV, got a Jeep Compass for $202 for the week. Very good value. Over mountain and freeway/suburban driving it gave me 26mpg (though I prefer my Mazda CX-7 as a driving experience). But Enterprise were very good, as ever. Seems to be we are getting the best service and good deals at Enterprise consistently, after some less than whelming experiences with Sixt and Thrifty and others.

Great experience. $44 for a mid sized car in LA. I felt like I took advantage of Enterprise. The bus driver from the airport was incredible. Whatever she is making, they need to triple it. Loved this transaction!

Landed at LAX on Nov 23rd, returned rental on Dec 1st. The experience was very good. The shuttle took about 30 min. to come around, but I knew that was standard by reading the reviews from others. Plus I think it's unrealistic to think it would be any faster at such a large and immensely busy facility. There was no lines at the rental center, but they were well staffed to minimize the wait time. Without the wait at the rental office the process of walking in the door and back out to the rental car was about 15 min. I have a son and her wife, both, now stationed at Camp Pendleton, I won't use anyone else. The rental fee is higher but for me, not enough to try the lower priced facilities because of the abundant negative reviews. ****I have to agree with Kyle A, when I write a review for a business, I want it to be at their website. I don't want to have to sign up for something else then unsubscribe to it just to tell you, you did a good job.

First off, you ask me to give feedback but then direct me to a review site. If you want feedback send me a questionnaire. As for their service, I was excellent when I was working with their office at Edwards but when I had to work with their LAX operation was appauled. After waiting to be shown to a car for 20 minutes and being asked by 4 people if I had been helped, including a manager. When they finally got to helping me, they had a new agent that hadn't been trained assisting me. When they had all my paperwork in front of them, they were asking me what car I reserved, then was told to pick any of these cars that ranged from compact to full sized. Finally when it came time to sign the paperwork, they tried to get be to sign both the acceptance and decline box for the same service and after explain 5 times that I wouldn't because you only sign one of them, they stopped pressing the issue never really understanding what they were asking me to sign. If they were new and in training, then the trainer or manager needed to be close, but the manager acted like my agent new everything they were doing and they clearly didn't.



Enterprise is the only rental company that has an office on Edwards AFB which is the only reason I use them.

I am an e plus member and always use enterprise even when better fares are offered at other rental companies. I travel to LAX now often for a new client and the last 2 out of the 3 times, I waited 25 minutes for the shuttle. One mid day and one Rush hour. I will never use enterprise again. I spoke to the staff at LAX and let them know they lost and e-plus client.

The rental process was seemless, the vehicle was a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe and was impeccable. It had 2 scrapes on the bumpers which were noted upon pick up, but I didn't receive any paperwork stating the 2 scrapes. When I returned the vehicle I was made to feel that I had damaged the vehicle. I told the person the scrapes were there when I picked the vehicle up and he turned to another attendant and began speaking spanish and I could tell it was about me. As a business man I always conduct myself in a polite and professional manner and I did not appreciate the way the attendant made me feel. After 5 minutes or so the attendant signed off on my vehicle and gave me my exit ticket, but it made me wonder, if I hadn't been in a suit or if I looked like a lesser person, what would I have done to prove my innocence?

This is my favorite rental car center. I have been renting at this location for over 4 years every month. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I feel like I'm apart of the Enterprise family now. Special shout out to my "Return Crew & My girls in the Exit check out booth & management"! Keep up the awesome customer service!

I must say that I had absolutely the most wonderful experience at the LAX location. I was only in town for a day trip meeting, and had gotten up at 5 am to be in LA by 7 (quite an early start) but the team was so accommodating and didn't waste any time getting me into a car. Keep up the positive attitudes, great teamwork out there. I will continue to rent from enterprise because of the consistency in service!

We flew to LAX from Maui, rented a Toyota Corolla and drove to Las Vegas and left it there. It was so easy to reserve and drop off, hands down Enterprise is who we always go with no matter where we travel! And yes we are Plus Members...LoL!

I always use Enterprise. EVERY time, whether it's local or in another city. Reservation process is so easy, and pick up and return is quick and easy! Will always use Enterprise whenever and wherever I travel.

Best rental experience I have EVER had! Very professional and obviously cared about customer service. Will only use Enterprise going forward. Gave me a choice of minivans for our 7 person vacation. No surprise charges.

The LAX Enterprise location is a great with very friendly staff. This was my first time renting a car and definitely the smoothest experience I could have asked for. I look forward to a similar experience with other Enterprise locations!

Every halloween , I go with my bf to horror nights at Universal Studios and every time I go I rent from enterprise. I believe they have the best prices and customer service out there. I cant explain how amazing the customer service is. This time around, we were on a shuttle to go back to LAX and I left my phone in the rental car. My bf went back on the shuttle while I waited at LAx, the man on the shuttle actually made his best to drive as fast as he could to enterprise and waited for my bf to come back so he can take him back to LAX. Not only was he able to get my phone back but he made it on time to check in for the plane. That experience alone will make me a loyal customer.

Enterprise at LAX was a great experience. This was my first time using Enterprise at all, but it was a smooth easy process that started and ended my vacation perfectly.

I always use Enterprise when renting a vehicle. Great customer service, great prices (check back a few times to see possible lower charge) Never had a problem, and fast dependable customer service. This is at LAX!

I booked online through my company's travel site, however I had to call Enterprise LAX to change the vehicle from an SUV to a minivan. The woman I spoke to, Tierza, was absolutely terrible. She didn't help me at all and she was very rude. I was unable to switch the vehicle type and I hung up the phone thinking that I would never rent from Enterprise again because they have the worst customer service ever. Once I got to LAX finding the shuttle was easy and the driver was nice. The person at the counter was friendly, and the lot person who helped me to my car easily switched me into a minivan, and even let me pick which one I wanted. I recommend that they fire Tierza, she is awful.

I've been renting from this location for 16 years and they are the best...best cars, quickest service, best deals, on and on!
