Normally good. Waited for over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up. No way of calling the site... As the number goes to a call center. When we finally arrived the employees didn't seem to care that we waited for so long.... Not just myself.... But a bus load of people. Very disappointing....

I was a bit nervous once I was guided to the machines, but a young man helped me and I made it thru it. I was persuaded to pre-pay for the gas since the gas stations near the airport weren't the safest. however I only used less than 1/2 the tank of gas. when I asked about it, the agent was willing to take it off since I didn't use that much gas. That defines customer service to me! thank you! I would rent from Enterprise again.

I must say as a first time renter Enterprise LAX was a breeze to work with. I had to use a debit card for my day rental of a luxury vehicle and all the charges came out as they should. The hold on my card was released immediately after returning my car and there were no surprises after the fact. They were even nice enough to give me a small discount and an upgrade because I was a newbie! I highly reccomend this location to your rental needs. I got to pick the car I wanted from a fleet of cars in their rental lot and they service was fast and to the point. Return was easy and getting from the airport and back was a breeze as well! One of the best experiences I've had with a business. Thanks to all the staff that helped me! ~ Nitascha

Fast, friendly, and well organized! This was the fastest and easiest experience I've ever had renting a car. I was out the door with the car of my choice five minutes after walking in the building. Every staff member I interacted with was very helpful and pleasant, as if their main goal was to help me enjoy my vacation. Would definitely use again!

I reserved a 3/4 ton truck from Ontario California , one hour before pick up I was called and told no truck and they made no attempt to help. I traveled all the way to Enterprise LAX to get a truck through my own 2nd reservation search and LAX acted like they were giving such a discount. They did not have a 3/4 ton they charged me the same as my first reservation plus an 11 percent airport fee. I was also stuck in Friday 5:00 traffic and had to rent a home depot truck early in the day to get my immediate needs met. All locations are separate and will not help if you were dealing with another Enterprise location. Come on now Enterprise Corporate take responsibility for your company customer service and live up to your claims of treating customers like family. Have you listened to your recorded telephone promises of great service. Your manager would not even return my call. People give your business Enterprise does not care!!!!! Hertz here I come!

If this location was more handicap friendly may have given it a 5 star all around.
The two shuttle drivers we dealt with on Wed, July 13 at mid day then again on Mon, July 18 were fabulous!! Can't say enough good about them, the way they handled us with my husband's inability to walk very well. Both went out of their way help. But at the office, there was not a wheelchair available to use to get my husband from the car through the building, so I had to leave him out front on a bench and after getting the car go pick him up only to be harassed by a traffic flow attendant while trying to get husband in the car. It was a driver that told me I could unload and load him there, then an attendant was totally rude telling us we COULD NOT put him in the car there. We did quickly as possible, without disrupting any shuttle activity. Driver that took us back to LAX was outstanding. He saw to it that Delta was there waiting with a wheelchair for my husband.

I had a confirmed reservation on June 29, until July 6 for a total price of $130.38. At LAX branch, the lady behind the counter took my credit card, driving license and a copy of my printed reservation page, she then asked me to initial the agreement on a small terminal. At my hotel, I noticed that I am charged $439.74 which blew out my mind. I called the office and an agent told me that I have purchased additional services. I told her that I was not informed of these extra services and she replied that I must read before signing,The next morning I went to the branch at Beverly Hills and complained about this incident, the manager called the Airport office and had them remove the charge. This is a very bad and dishonest way of doing business. I am absolutely disappointed and feel that I was being conned and defrauded at the time of rental. I hope the the agent at the counter did this unlawful and dishonest act on her own and this is NOT a common policy of the company.

The company I work for requested that I switch from Hertz to Enterprise. As a business traveler I received an estimate via our travel agency and had a quoted itinerary. Due to airport delays I did not get to Enterprise until many hours after my scheduled arrival. It was very late an I was tired. When I got to Enterprise I went through the normal process of being asked if I wanted insurance/fuel. Then I received the estimate. Since I did not have my itinerary handy the quote seemed about right. What I did not realize is that they switched me out of the car that was requested into what they call a full-size car (A Sonata is a full-size? possibly a intermediate but not full-size) and they tried to charge me for Sirius radio which was not requested and the car I got did not actually have it. They did not point out they were charging me for an upgraded car. Had they done so I would have not allowed it. Now the company I work for is not reimbursing me for these extra charges. bait & switch?

When I reserved the rental car I was not aware of a $150 one way fee. The marketing was very misleading. I thought I was reserving a $34/day car. I did reserve the car at a different location than where the van dropped us off from LAX. The lady at the counter was helpful, however the taxes added on were $70. The car was a very expensive experience for a marginal car.

Very, very pleased. My wife and I were picked up at LAX by the Enterprise Shuttle (be sure to look for the purple zone for shuttle pickup), and the drive took maybe 20 minutes with traffic. The gentleman who assisted me and walked my wife and I to our vehicle was so courteous and helpful, I wished I had gotten his name. But just a great experience, generous selection of vehicles, just a totally satisfying experience. Will choose Enterprise my next trip to LA.

Busy LAX airport with high traffic. Shuttle from LAX to Enterprise was prompt. Enterprise Plus card got me right to the front of the line. No wait for vehicle. Upon return, check in was prompt and return shuttle was on time. Excellent Service

Great efficient service at this location. They were polite and gave me the upgrade I wanted with no fuss. (I had a coupon).



The car was clean, but something was wrong with the front right tire, and off and on throughout my trip the red light was on. Initially I thought a door was left open slightly, but I checked it, and that was not the issue. The gas fill program is worthwhile- their rates are more reasonable than many of the gasoline stations in LA County.



The car ran well, but needs a tune up. I did tell them and they placed a note on the hood right away.



They helped me obtain a cart, and gave me credit immediately for the gasoline.



Overall, a great service, and the price IS higher than other rental places, but you don't have to wait (time is money)

I had a great experience! They had my car ready to go, even though my flight was late and because they had several cars to choose from, they gave me a nicer car. The bus took me to and from the airport quickly and when I returned the car it was easy with no problems whatsoever. And, a bus was waiting to take me right to the airport. They have a great staff!!!

Every single person I dealt with (3) was very professional and friendly. I got a Toyota Corolla with camera backup. Great car. Great deal. Enterprise will be my top choice next time.
