Indulgences by Body Bronze

I'm must admit I am now a little leery about a an upcoming appointment to this spa. After reading these reviews I am almost tempted to cancel my appointment. It is my hope that the issues and complaints, have been properly tended to and since resolved. I would hate for my first experience at Indulgence to be a bad one, especially since local competitors have equally as horrible reviews. I have a lot of hope for Indulgence, please don't let me down :-/

Wow---my experiences at Indulgences have been wonderful! I am single and an educator; therefore, I am perpetually on a budget for EVERYTHING! For me to "indulge" is a true privilege. The investment has been so worth it! I am 59 and delaying "the knife" as long as I can so I researched and decided to go for the series of Solitone treatments. I am loving the results! The changes are not dramatic, but consistent with what was advertized---firmer and more even skin tone, capilaries diminished, pores reduced, etc. But my real excitement is the profile in the mirror when I see a reduction in the pesky "chicken neck"! Get this: I went shopping the other day without base for the first time since I was in my 30's! !

I would also like to add my compliments to the staff. I have been treated with courtesy and respect at all times. Kimberly does my treatments and she is like a breath of fresh air. Not only is she very thorough, but I can just feel this positive energy or aura she gives off and it makes me feel peaceful.

I recently had the blessing of meeting the owner, Molly, and visited with her about her vision for the spa and her desire to make "beauty" available to all women, not just the "rich and famous". Molly is another of those rare women who posseses both the inner and the outer beauty of a true lady. It dismayed me when I discovered the "mean girl" comments written with such nasty spite. I wonder if they were at the same spa as me?? :) Nice thing about that: they won't be back so the rest of us can just enjoy our moments of "Indulgence"! Lindy Watts

Really pleased with my laser hair removal results after just one visit. Can't really tell a lot on my lower legs but there is a huge difference with my bikini line. Got a massage and a facial, decent. Pedicure was great. They need a lounge for waiting in between treatments - sitting up front is not relaxing. The girl at the very front desk wasn't too friendly, she also needs to be trained on necessary paperwork so you don't have to do it in between treatments. Everyone else was friendly and helpful.

I purchased the groupon for laser hair removal a couple months ago. I was a little skeptical at first about the service not working, but the results are absolutely amazing!!! I have zero underarm hair! Lol!

Not only am I completely in love and addicted to the laser, just going in there is a treat! The staff is so warm and sincere, I feel like I've known these people forever! They really do everything in their power to ensure I have a great visit. I encourage everyone to experience this spa! I have told everyone about this place, and I will continue to do so!! The owner Molley is NEVER there and does not care. She does not return phone calls or messages. The staff is rude and ignorant. They all stand around like they have nothing to do while you are waiting for them to acknowlege you. It's overpriced and the tanning beds seem to always have some issues. Don't waste your time!

I want to just sign my paycheck over to this place and let them have their way with me. Just sayin. I was skeptical of the lazer hair removal. I was nervous about strangers touching me in weird places. No need for any of that. The place was gorgeous. The chick that did the thing was very professional, clean, and polite and made me feel very comfortable. I was able to get in within a couple of weeks of calling for an appointment. Three weeks after my first treatment I saw the results I was hoping for. The only reason I took my precious time to write this is because I saw a couple of crappy reviews and all I have to say is there is a reason you can't get in there tomorrow. The place is worthy of all the business they have backing up their books. (And I don't know anyone who works there and am completely unbiased.) There's not a business out there who hasn't accidentally left someone on hold or forgot to write down an appointment-until businesses start staffing with robots you may have to find it in your heart to forgive a human error from time to time and not go to writing nasty reviews to cost them business because of it. That's just rude.

I initially bought a Groupon for eyelash extensions. My tech did an excellent job, and I still go for refills. I have also done the airbrush tanning and am very pleased with that as well. I have found Indulgences to be professional and friendly. They are also able to work with my sometimes difficult schedule.

I previously went to a different salon in Little Rock that has always been "great". After new ownership the salon changed and so did my personal opinion of the place. One day I saw a few people at indulgences while getting my first service there and was extremely happy. I stopped going to the "other" salon and have been a client of indulgences ever since. I love everyone there from the front desk to service providers. Everyone is very helpful and are willing to help with anything you may need. I have referred multiple people there and they all have been pleased. Yes it can get hectic at times trying to schedule, but what place with a high volume of happy clients and customers isn't ? They do their best and their best has been my best experience ever. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone!! All the negative reviews seem to be people who have had a bad experience due to their own selves. Disgruntled old employees perhaps.

I must post a rebuttal to some of the slander that's been written here. First of all this spa is the best place I have ever been! The Staff at Indulgences are friendly, helpful, and highly trained. My recommendation to people looking for a spa that's affordable would be to try it out and make your own decision. It has been my experience that disgruntled employees derive greet pleasure in leaving less than glowing reviews for their former employers instead of just exiting gracefully. I would hate to think that any of the great citizens of our community would lose out on something as wonderful as Indulgences due to someone else's inability to smile and move on.

I know the owner Molly personally and when she discussed with me her deep concerns over the nasty reviews being left about her spa, I decided to put my own two cents in here. First of all, Indulgences is gorgeous yes, but more importantly it's run by a wonderful and caring person. Not only does she return phone calls, she bends over backwards to make certain that her clients and employees are cared for and happy. Indulgences grew very quickly and for a short while she was short staffed and had some hiccups, but she has come out on top as always. It looks to me like the folks below are likely a group of nasty ex employees she had to terminate for theft. Anyone that is willing to leave their personal email for all the world to see if indeed they do have "legitimate" complaints is pretty serious about customer service. So to the Indulgences haters below, goodness gracious, grow a real backbone and talk to Molly about your issues. Otherwise leave a hardworking woman and her staff alone and go about your unmerry way!

I wouldn't even give Indulgences one star. The place is gorgeous, so at least they have that going for them. However, I find it interesting that the owner has time to respond to people's comments about her poorly ran buisness and not to return customers phone calls. Indulgences is more concerned with how many packages they can sell and making money, then the customer service they give. Indulgences by Body Bronze is poorly managed and goes through more service providers than any buisness I have ever been too. It is also strange how I have heard so many poor comments about Indulgences from my friends or co-workers, only to see what looks like an Indulgence employee creating only positive feedback. Highly unlikely!

I think its strange.. somehow all the negative reviews on this establishment dissapear off of the reviews list and the 5 star reviews stay Please people do not be fooled! ... This is exactly how they treat their guests! Obviously all of these other reviews still have their rose colored glasses on. I dont even give it 1 star!! This business only cares about getting money through the door. Customer Service seems to be the last thing they care about.

If you've never been to Indulgences then you definitely need to give them a call. They offer the absolute BEST massages, and their airbrush tans are UNBELIEVABLE!! I was soooo scared to get an airbrush, mainly because I had never had one before, but after experiencing one from Indulgences, it's become a lifestyle for me. I get one every single week, and the results are phenomenal. I couldn't imagine life without one!



My first impression of the spaah was "WOW!" Not only does the place remind you of a high profile spah you would see in some celebrity infested town, but the respect you recieve from the staff is highly upscale and satisfying. I feel very important when I walk through those doors.

I definitely recommend Indulgences. The services they offer are unbelievable and are priced very reasonably.

I'm an Indulgences' fanatic, and I look forward to seeing them for my next appointment :)

I have to say, I really had high hopes for Indulgences. However, I have been extremly let down by my experience. BEWARE, If you purchase one of their unbelivable great price promotions, be prepared to wait a few months before getting in for your appoinment. Not because they are incredibly good at what they do, because they are incredibly under-staffed. They cant keep any employees there. I called and called and kept going to voicemail everytime and I could never get anyone to call me back! The owner nor a manager were ever available to speak with, which is very irritating! The front desk is so unorganized, when I finally did get in for my appoinment (3 MONTHS LATER), They had no record of my appointment and could not find my account where my husband bought me a spa package. Thank goodness he saved his recipt or we would have never gotten the situation straigtened out. They were not going to give us our money back, when I asked to just do that. They said it was not their policy. However, its not my policy to wait 3 months after purchase to get in with a place, then only to have my appointment to be lost and for them to lose my info!!!! I was outraged, when I thretened to get my attorney involved, they decided to give me my money back, but were very rude about it. Like it was my fault! Needless to say, I will nNEVER ever be returning to Indulgences by Body Bronze!

For setting my wife up with the lash extensions, they really made a huge difference and I love the way they bring her eyes to focus! She is showing them off and feel in good! Glad it worked because Christmas shopping just got a whole easier via gift certificates!

Indulgences by Body Bronze was worth the hour drive from where I'm from. The spa is very clean. The staff is very polite and professional and VERY good at what they do!! I have extremely fair skin, incapable of tanning. I went into Indulgences for air brushed tanning and came out looking like a bronzed goddess! It looked so smooth, and was the dark shade that I always envy in other women. There were no lines around my hands or feet and no orangy tone. And, it lasted much longer than I expected. I still have some color left and it's a week and a half later. I was really impressed in the treatment.

Also, their hospitality went above and beyond. I had an afternoon appointment and then had some crazy things thrown at me at work that day. I wasn't able to get out of the office to make my appointment. I called as soon as I knew and they were so accommodating. They told me not to worry about it and not to rush. They said to come in whenever I finished at work and they would take care of me. They totally followed through on their promise too. When I got there I only had to wait about 5 minutes (even though I was an hour late!). They were so friendly and didn't make me feel bad for it at all.

I will definitely be going back to this place and sending my friends here! Thank you Indulgences!

I heard about this place on the radio and they were running a special, so I thought I'd give it a whirl. I've had facials at two other places in town and they were okay, nothing to write home about. When I walked into Indulgences I was amazed, you just have no idea what's hidden in this strip center, it's BEAUTIFUL! The people at the desk were just soo nice, I was given a glass of their special lemonade and a trendy magazine to read while I waited for my treatment. The staff just seems to have fun and enjoy themselves here, I felt right at home. The facial special was just as amazing as the facility itself, I only paid $85 and got the pampering of a Queen. Ree gave me an incredible massage during my treatment too, what a bonus! I made another appt for their Citrus Spa Pedicure and I can't wait. Everyone should try this place at least once in their lives, it's a true treat and affordable too!

I have been to Indulgences twice for airbrush tanning, and have been impressed with the outcome and the treatment both times. Both times, I had a temporary (week-long) tan that didn't make me look orange like other fake tanning methods.



However, the extraordinary thing about this spa is that the people at Indulgences make the experience special. The employees and owner go out of their way to accomodate the customer. The owner illustrated this today when I tried to transfer a balance to purchase a gift certificate for Father's Day. I was unaware that the balance had expired, yet she still permitted the transfer. This meant a lot, as she could have easily denied the transaction.



This spa and its workers deserve more articulate praise than this rating can give. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a pleasant and professional experience.
