Sports 11

These people obviously do not understand how to run an effective and professional business. Without my consent, they decided to drastically change the color of the shirts I ordered because they thought that my design looked ugly on the color I asked for. However, I did not receive a discount and/or offer to re-make the shirts. When I attempted to negotiate with the owner, I was blamed for the mishap even though it was his decision to change my order WITHOUT MY CONSENT. The owner spoke to me over the phone with a rude tone of voice and eventually hung up on me—no way to treat a customer. I am still dumbfounded by their irresponsible, immature, and unprofessional business practices.

Sports 11 is a very disorganized, unprofessional business venture. The quality of service was sub-par, and not only was the owner rude and unprofessional, but he also attempted to discredit me, the customer, which is typically unheard of in a trustworthy, dependable business. The order that was placed by me was not met and the quality that I expected was not met in the least. I was thoroughly disappointed in the inability of the owner to contact me in a professional, business-like manner, and the follow through in the actual product was definitely not worth my time or money. I am overall disappointed

Sports 11 does not know how to conduct a proper business. First off, they do not reply to emails in a professional manner nor do they reply in a timely manner. They have poor customer service and are not willing to fix mistakes they have made. Instead, they go ahead and print what they think looks best without asking the customer. I recommend not doing business with Sports 11 because you may not get what you ask for so why take the chance?

This company is actually a joke. It's true for all professional establishments that the customer is always right. It's a shame this embarrassment of a business forgot to read that memo. Not only did they incorrectly create our order, the person in charge admitted to disliking our design and purposely changed it to something he would prefer. Our experience with this business ended with no refund, no discount and our shirts were not redone (but really, done they way we originally ordered). I would advise NO ONE to pursue business with this company unless they are looking for disappointing, rude and flat-out unacceptable results. Not to mention the insecure owner who relies on insulting minors in an attempt to cover up his lackluster service.

This place is horribly unprofessional and pathetic. They changed my groups T-Shirt order without consent and charged far too much money in general for such horrible designs. The staff was very uncooperative when we asked for a refund or a discount. They screamed at us and we were stuck with the ugly design that they changed it to. Do not go here and do not support such a terrible business!

I ordered a large amount of custom shirts. When picked up, the shirts were a different color than what was specified. The employee agreed. I talked to the manager and asked for the shirts to be remade, as they were clearly different from what I asked for. He refused, and even went as far as saying my design was poor and he changed it "for the better." He never notified me of the said change and blamed everything on me. But of course, how could his stupidity not be my fault? No discount was given. He was rude and ended up screaming. The manager clearly doesn't understand how to run a business. When you talk to him, be sure to talk slowly. Maybe he'll understand better that way.

Do not do business with this store because they are unprofessional and changed my order without informing or consulting with me. When I picked up my order and found that they used a different color t-shirt than what I specified, the person insisted that the event wasn't a big deal and that I was wasting my time trying to get him to fix it. He did not apologize and did not admit that he made a mistake by changing my order without my consent. He was very rude and refused to do anything about it. They say they can customize, and they surely will....as they freely change your order at their own discretion!!
