Southern Air Temp

Southern Temp does not keep their promises on their schedule. They scheduled us 3 days in advance but called at 7 am in the morning of the scheduled day to reschedule for the next day. They gave us a half-baked reason saying that they are short-staffed and their schedule is full. We already scheduled 3 days in advance, so if you think your schedule is full, let us know earlier. We took the whole day off just to wait for them and now who's gonna compensate for our lost time? We can't keep rescheduling the appointment with you as you are not trustworthy!!
