I just got my AC unit fixed by America's Green and this company is punctual and professional. I was extremely impressed with Mr. Greg Kim's detail inspection of my A/C unit. He explained what he was doing and recommended future money saving tips. He inspected my inside and outside unit thoroughly and tested all piping and draining connections to make sure it was up to it's standards.

I went with this company because of their glowing reviews here and because of their good BBB rating, so I figured i would add to the list and maybe convince someone else to make the right decision of going with this company. As other reviewers have commented, you indeed receive a 30 minute heads up from Elizabeth before the technician arrives, which is a fantastic courtesy. In my case, they called several hours earlier to let me know that an earlier time slot had become available, and that if I'd like them to come earlier since it was so hot outside, they could. What a relief in this 98 degree heat! The master technician, Greg Kim, is one of the best, nicest, most professional technicians I've encountered. Mr. Kim was VERY punctual, polite, and showed a lot of attention to detail. He was also very patient, explained all of my different options (and exactly how much each would cost), how each part worked, how and why each part failed, etc. He made sure I was comfortable with the cost and understood everything before proceeding. My compressor was having problems and he recommended some much cheaper repairs (rather than simply suggesting it be replaced), investigated whether there were warranties on the parts (I've never had a technician bother looking into the warranty on my behalf), and even though the air conditioning company wasn't open on the weekend to confirm the warranty, he went ahead and installed new parts at the *warranty-covered price.* My air conditioner isn't the easiest thing to access due to my landscaping and the heat was blistering, but Mr. Kim worked diligently and got things replaced, cleaned, and tested much faster than I anticipated. I was impressed enough that I went ahead and signed up for a yearly maintenance contract for my air conditioning, and may consider cancelling my existing heating one with another company, since America's Green offers both. Before he left, he even offered to help me move my heavy dehumidifier down into the basement where it would better function, even though it was something I had setup upstairs myself. I couldn't have asked for more.

Honesty and professionalism is hard to find and I can truly say Mr. Alfredo has both. You can tell company's mission statement by it's employees and America's Green is right on.

The service was great, Alfredo was fabulous and very helpful. He showed up on time and he very patiently explained what the problem with the air conditioning could be , what the problem was and then what needed to be done to fix it. I will make sure that my housemate and I keep his card for any future heating and air conditioning needs!

Our AC/heating/fan system stopped responding to the thermostat several days ago, and after doing everything I knew to diagnose the problem myself and coming up empty, I decided to call in someone for service. I had very mixed experience a prior company, so I did a search and came across America's Green on this very site as being highly reviewed. Elizabeth in the office was excellent to work with and was able to have Greg Kim come out the same day in the evening at a time convenient with my sadly inflexible work schedule.



Greg Kim is an awesome man. Friendly, gracious, patient, very knowledgable, and eager to explain every step of the process and give me sincere comments. He was quickly able to isolate the problem and fix it, saving me from an 82F evening in the house. He also gave me great information about service plans through America's Green without any pressure to decide on them in the moment, which was vastly appreciated.



I will definitely be doing business with them again, and recommending them to all my neighbors.

Alfredo Diaz and Greg Kim provided me with top notch service. They made me aware of everything before they cleaned or repaired it, and they did not leave a mess. They took their shoes off without asking, and they looked like the guys off of a commercial. They wore company uniforms and were very professional throughout. Make sure you ask for one of these guys. I looked at the reviews before I picked them and it was not a mistake.

The team of Greg Kim and Alfredo Diaz were professional and polite. They took time to explain their diagnosis and actions needed to fix my Bryant Heatpump. Super - highly recommended!

We have a service contract with this company--we got it last spring when they came out to give our heat pump a needed checkup. We bought the house two years ago now, and did not know the condition of the heat pump. This company is nothing but professional in their service. Alfredo came out yesterday to do the free semi annual service that comes with the annual contract. He explained everything he was doing and made suggestions for continuing good maintenance. America's Green is amazing woke up this morning no AC, they squeezed me because it was so hot. Greg Kim arrived and with in 2 hours we are back in business. Greg was so knowledge and informative you couldn't ask for better services. I would recommend this company over and over again. Oh and did I mention this was on a Sunday morning, can't beat that when the temp is over 100 degrees. Very reasonable pricing and gave me great advice on how long the unit would last.. Didn't try to sell me a new one which most of them do.

I got home from vacation and discovered my air conditioner was not working. I called America's Green on a Sunday night, and they were able to work around my schedule and come the following evening after I got home from work. The technician, Greg Kim, was very knowledgeable. He spent a long time at my house and was able to fix the unit which is 17 years old. I would definitely recommend the company and also ask for Greg in the future.

Greg Kim was fantastic! Expert on my system,thorough, friendly and efficient.

I called the company and was able to get an appointment immediately for my unit. The tech( Mr. Kim) came and went straight to work. He was able to find the issue after a couple of minutes, however he felt there was a root problem that caused my fuse to blow. He did some troubleshooting and found that i had bad boards. I was told by a previous company that i would have to have my whole unit rewired to include knocking into walls to trace a short. Mr. Kim dispelled that diagnoses and returned the same day with the necessary parts to finish the job and repair the true cause of my blown fuses. America's Green will continue to get my business

Just had Greg Kim here for two hours. Found out my furnace is 26 years old!! Very prompt service, easy to get an appointment and 30 minutes prior to arrival there is a courtesy phone call to let you know.

Greg ran the furnace, cleaned some of the parts and recommended two new parts be fitted to rectify the issue. Once parts were fitted he reassembled and ran the unit. It clicked on first time, but 5 minutes later switched itself off again. He ran an electrical diagnostic and determined one of the new parts may have been faulty. He drove back to the office, picked up another part, printed a schematic for the wiring and returned. He replaced the part again and rechecked all wiring per the schematic. Hit the on switch, one click, blue flame! The unit is running quieter and hotter already. Definitely recommend the work done by Greg and America's Green.

Also it never felt like they were trying to sell me additional items, just what was needed.

Super experience all around. Called early morning and got an 9-11am time slot for that day! Elisabeth was very friendly on the phone. She called 1/2 hour before the Tech arrived as she promised. The Tech (Greg Kim) was friendly, helpful and went right to work to find the problem. He located some bad parts, and knew they were covered under warranty, I paid the labor, and had him do a cleaning and yearly service contract at the same time. One part needed to be ordered, but he installed a different one he had on the truck to get me going until it arrived. GREAT SERVICE!

Our AC has been somewhat fickle (air coming out didn't seem as cool and the unit was noisier at times) for the past few weeks and it worried us enough to call for professional help. We were referred to this company from a friend who had their annual inspection done recently and had nothing but great comments to make about them. We called for inspection service and when they came out they were very courteous and seemed genuine answering many concerns we had not only for our heating and a/c unit but for our water heater as well. The technician was extremely thorough and informative and gave us a diagonis for our initial concern which ended up being a minor problem. We've had our share of various home projects which required different technicians and professionals to enter our home and it's not often you find friendly and reliable service at a reasonable price. We would definitely refer them to our family and friends.
