I called this company as a second opinion to replace my AC. When the tech looked at the unit he asked why I was replacing it, why not just fix it? The first company said the unit was too old and it would be a waste of money to try and fix it - they even told me if they tried to fix it they couldn't guarantee the work. I was surprised my tech, Alfredo, had suggested fixing the unit. I was ready to buy a full system. They just lost about a 10K sale. Alfredo was able to fix my AC - and guarantee the work. I was so impressed with his work ethics. Alfredo was professional and really took the time to explain what was going on and why he thought the unit wasn't too old and that it could easily be fixed - he didn't even trash the other company. I ended up buying a service contract and will reccommend them to all that need heating or air conditioning.

I had the seasonal inspection for my AC for the summer. The guy Greg was very professional and explained very specifically what was the work he worked on and recommended future maintenance on how to manage the unit working properly.
I had a great experience with them and my wife also liked that he was operating neat and carefully. We've already made our next 6 month seasonal check up and we also got 40 bucks off for being a new customer!
