O'Quinn's Plumbing Service LLC

Contracted with O'Quinn's Plumbing Service via Angie's List for $155 worth of plumbing for $69 to repair a leaky bathroom faucet. They arrived, removed the "pivot rod" opening a hole in the drain pipe, ran the water and said that was the leak - very shady - He said it would cost $325.15 to repair the leak, which we refused, then they charged at $45 service fee on top of the $69 already paid. They never did any work and charged us $114. Clearly a company that will Scam its customers

Last Thanksgiving (the first one I was hosting), I woke up to water pouring from the vent in the basement. I called O'Quinn's and over the phone Wesley, the owner, told me how to turn the water off to stop the leak and what to do until he got there. He was over in 30 minutes (on a holiday weekend), found the problem (a broken dishwasher valve) and immediately stopped the problem so I could turn the main water back on. He then gave me the options (with pricing) of rebuilding the dishwasher or purchasing a new one and him installing it. I decided to purchase a new one and when I called him back that afternoon, he came over in the evening (around 8pm) and installed the dishwasher. I was hosting my first Thanksgiving the next day, so I REALLY needed a dishwasher!



During his visit, he said he would do a free plumbing inspection on my whole house so I went ahead and scheduled it. True to his word he came back a few days later and inspected each toilet, sink, fixture, and water heater. He left me with a written estimate of what was wrong, when it needed replaced, and the cost of each service.



He said he services Loudoun County, including Leesburg, Ashburn, Landsdowne, Sterling, and others. I've recommended him to many of my friends in these areas and they've been just as happy.



His price was totally fair! And his level of service and availability even BETTER!!!
