Turbo Clean Pro Carpet Cleaning

Just everything about the entire experience from my first contact through the cleaning process and most importantly the carpets looked great for months after they left! I have used them many times and should have posted this review sooner. It's hard to find a great carpet cleaner so they deserve some great reviews and bragging.

I have used many carpet cleaning companies over the years. Some are really good and some are not welcome in my home any longer. The problem is most of the really good ones I have used charge a lot of money for their service. Turbo Clean did a really good job and they definitely have the best prices! They are not the most expensive and they are not the cheapest I have ever found but the service they provided speaks for it self. I get a great job and don't go broke in the process and my carpets look and feel brand new.

Thank god for Turbo clean! My sister recommended them. Shes knows how picky I am about letting people in my house but she was finally right about something! :-)



Turbo Clean was able to come out the same day and make a stressful situation go away.

His name was Bill so if you use these guys ask for him. He actually talks to you and you don't feel weird about having a stranger in your house. I had him clean my grandmothers house and next time I wont have to be there because I trust him.

The carpets, tile and linoleum in my house were badly soiled as a result of a burglary. I decided to use Turbo Clean based on other reviews that said they were great. Even that was an understatement. Bill did an amazing job, getting some stains out that I didn't think were possible. He went out of his way to insure that I was entirely satisfied with his work. When he realized that it would take longer than he first expected, he rescheduled another job so that he wouldn't be rushed. The result was far better than I thought possible. And the price was more than fair, with no hedging or up-charges. In fact he did a few things beyond our initial agreement without charging extra. THESE GUYS GET MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

They were on time, they were professional and they did a wonderful job.

When I called them I got a no non-sense answer to all of my quest ions. The prices were straight forward and when the technician showed up the price didn't change. I love a company that doesn't change the price up at the last minute and the carpets looked great too!

I had another company clean my carpets a few months ago. Just 4 days later the spots and traffic lanes all reappeared. Turbo Clean cleaned my carpets 2 weeks ago and they look as good today as they did the day they cleaned them. What a difference by calling the right company makes. I deal with people in the service industry all the time. The guys at Turbo Clean are friendly and know their stuff. They gave me a great deal and my sister too! The prices are almost too good to be true but they are the real deal. I can afford to get my carpets cleaned twice a year now by using Turbo Clean.

I have used all of the national chains, Stanley Steamer, Chem Dry, Coit, etc and NONE of them got my carpet as clean as this Locally owned company. They left the carpet drier and used steam cleaning. It is amazing that they do a better job and cost 1/2 as much as the national chains. I will never pay too much for carpet cleaning again. I thought the extra money would get me a better result, and usually you get what you pay for, but with Turbo Clean I got a professional result for 1/2 the price versus Stanley Steamer.

I heard their advertisment on the radio and called them for service. I had been using a national chain but the prices they charge are outrageous and the quality of service was only ok. I decided to give them a shot and to my surprise Turbo Cleans prices are super competitive and the quality is very very good. I recommend everyone use Turbo Clean (They also gave me a $25 gift card!)

I have lived in Las Vegas for 3 years. I have had my carpets cleaned a few times and the last time I called one of those companies’s that advertise on the side of the road. When they showed up the 4 room special price practically doubled because of this reason or that reason.



When I saw Turbo Cleans 4 room special I assumed they would do the same thing but the ad said no gimmicks, and they had great reviews so I called them. They offered me 2 services levels which are clearly marked on their web site and when the carpet cleaner showed up the price never changed from what I was quoted on the phone!

They stand behind there prices and did not try to sell me on services I didn’t want or need.

I am a property manager and used Turbo Clean to clean a rental house that the tenant left in bad shape. They did a great job and the technician who cleaned the place was very friendly and clean!



2 weeks later I rented the home. A week after the tenant moved in they called me and complained of an odor. I called Turbo Clean and at no charge they went out an deodorized the carpets and made me and my tenant very happy. I offered to pay them for their trip and service but the owner told me it was no charge! I will definitely be using them for all my rentals and personal homes.

When Turbo Clean showed up the price didn't changed, they did a great job and my carpets look great! I love that they didn't play games with the service or pricing they just did what they said they would.

My experience with Turbo Clean was Exceptional. The roto vac machine's used by Turbo Clean are like no other carpet cleaners in town. I also liked the fact that my carpets were dry within hours rather than days from previous companies of the past and not to mention that all and any stains where removed and gone for good. Where other companies machines made stains disappear until carpets fully dried so that being said they stayed gone for a week and then re appeared throughout.
