They were very professional and detailed oriented, explained everything that was to be preformed.

I have a 12 year old German Shepherd and over the year he has caked up dirt, grime, and urine leaks. I had my carpet cleaned before. Looked good but the stains came back in 1 week.

When I called turbo clean I was so excited with the customer service and when I met them even more excited at how professional and reliable they were! They cleaned the carpet with a fancy finish and it's now 6 months later with no problems. Somehow they were able to even get crime out of the carpet pad.

Love these guy's!! I'm not an easy to please person. I complained my azz off at the last company I used.

I have used this carpet cleaning company many times and they always perform. We recently had a problem with our clothes drying and they came out and removed an enormous amount of lint from the pipe in the wall. I couldn't believe how much was in there.

Andrew was a very personable person, He was very neat and careful. It didn't take him a lot of time to get the job done. He took special care to treat the spots I was concerned about. Paid extra attention to all the high traffic areas in the house. I highly recommend this company to everyone, no hidden charges, your quote is the bottom line! ErinCog was quite unhappy we went out of town and just spotted up our living room carpet. After reading reviews, I called Turbo Clean. After a pleasant conversation, an appointment was scheduled at my convenience the next day.



Billy arrived promptly and got our carpets sparkling clean. i was very pleased with the results as both the dog urine and that black stuff from the roads all came clean. We thought we were going to have to replace the very expensive 4 year old carpet.



I have their name and number in my address book and will be using Turbo Clean from now on. Great service.

This service was well worth the $110. They were right on time, in and out in about 40 minutes. The carpet looks almost like new and I was about to get it replaced because of how disgusting it looked. The only stains they couldn't get out were the ones left from the orange MIO that was spilled on the carpet. They pretreated the area and the stain is significantly less noticeable( still a small tinge of orange to it but that is all). The worst part of the day was moving the furniture off the carpet so they could do their job. Overall a remarkable job done!

I had my carpets cleaned today. I pointed out each spot around the house and spray was applied. once the machine started no extra attention was even paid to the spots, the carpets seemed very wet,but not very clean. I boiled water myself after they left and got the stains out myself. I will not use them again. They were nice, but not effective. The machine seems to circle a lot but not suction well. I called specifically for spot removal and when no extra attention was paid to the spots I was really disappointed.

I had Turbo clean my carpets in a new house that I bought just recently. I didn't want to get all new carpets due to the expense so I figured I would get them cleaned first. The technician did an amazing job and I am very please. I appreciated his honesty because in one of the rooms he said most of the stains would not be able to be cleaned out. I ended up replacing the carpet in that room but I am thankful I did not have to do it throughout the whole house they really made the carpets shine!
