You can call the sleep lab at 575-522-2777 to schedule an initial appointment with a physician or clinician. If you need a sleep study to make a diagnosis this will be scheduled during the visit. What is a sleep study? A sleep study (also called a polysomnogram) is a collection of different body functions measured during your sleep, including brain waves, eye movements, breathing patterns, heart rate and rhythm, oxygen levels in the blood, and leg movements.
