Daniel Delgado was exceptional. Very pleasant to work with someone who makes you feel like he cares. He let me know how the car was progressing and remembered things I've told him when I have been there previously. Charming young man, who handles himself in a very professional manner. He deserves a raise and a promotion.

Michelle Drake is the service manager assigned to me. She is efficient when in a face to face encounter. I have had issues with her returning my phone calls. It may not be her forte or she is way too busy.

I just had to write to let everyone whom reads reviews know of the extreme and ongoing changes here at Lakeland Toyota! The GM Rob Siefke along with the owner have brought in a new service director Anthony Sullivan. Service Advisors/Service Managers (and overall we have an outstanding team) now have a Director that continues to assist with them with trying to create successful service visits for our customers. We haven't reached perfection yet - but we are definitely moving in the right direction! Other changes include new sales managers, and an expanding team of young professionals with a heart for our customers GM is available always by email and there's a link right on lakelandtoyota.com so that you may at any time let him know where we may need improvements!

Chris Rodriguez was my service associate. He did everything he could to fix my problems with my car. He even brought my car to my job in the Lakeland Mall.

Chris Rodiguez is my service manager. Was able to check in before my appoitment time. 15,000 mile service was performed and had my car back in 40 minutes. Thanks Chris

Ryan Joslin was our service manager for our most recent service on my wife's Scion. Ryan is very thorough and honest when making recommendations, and let us know which maintenance issues were critical and which ones can wait.

Horrible service , poor professionalism from the advisor and the manager, the mechanics need training , fraud and not refund in conclusion Lakeland Toyota is a piece of junk . If you want a poor service go to Lakeland Toyota in Florida .

Worst experience ever, lied to, numbers changed all the time, horrible service, fraud

Scratched my Lincoln, left grease on both left side doors & windows, Wrote inaccurate mileage on my reminder sticker. Total nightmare visit.
