Worst dealer I have ever dealt with. Took our '99 Jeep in on Friday to get the air conditioning fixed. We needed the car back Tuesday morning to drive to our new house in Georgia to meet the movers Wednesday morning. No response on Saturday. On Monday I called and was told "Oh, XXXX is working on that, and he's not here, so you'll have to wait to find out what the status is". REALLY? NO one else in the dealership is able to give me a status? Finally I find out that XXXX is gone, and they dropped the ball, BUT the car will be ready as promised Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning, I call, and get "It's not quite ready, call back in a couple of hours". This goes on. ALL DAY. At 7:00, they want the $2000 payment, even though the car still isn't ready, because the cashier is closing and they just need "a couple of hours". So, we pay the $2000. At 9:30 that evening, A FULL 12 HOURS AFTER THE CAR IS PROMISED, we get it back, and frantically drive through the night to beat the movers. Of course, the A/C didn't work, but they got $2000 for aggravating us for 5 days. If you're stupid enough to deal with these people, you deserve what you get. I won't make that mistake again.

These jokers certainly are a rip off. I foolishly bought a used car from one of their tent sales and later learned I had paid about SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS too much. Yes, I said $6,000. My stupidity to let them take advantage of a senior on a fixed income. They lined their pockets with my fixed income. They got to know me alright, well enough to see that they could take advantage. Do not be fooled. By the way my gift was $5.00 Walmart gift card!

I was sent a large full color brochure from Lakeland Motors, for a tent sale in Brandon that starts on September 23, for a five day tent sale. There is a scratch off spot that matches you with a winning number. There is also a key to start a new car. We went there today which happens to be my wife's birthday. A very rude salesman intercepted us near the sales tent. He stated that we must come in and register and get to know them. We said we were there to claim the prize that we had won. The salesman then said,"we don't give money to people we don't know". He told us to come back some other time? I am a retired car salesman. I have personally NEVER treated anyone like this before! I am filing a complaint with The Attorney General in the morning. These people solicited me. There HUGE expensive flier (with a car key attached) came in the mail, addressed to me. I scratched off the spot on the flier and I was a winner. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY is written on the flier.. I was so mad that I bought a new vehicle at a dealership in Brandon. Anyone who buys a vehicle from these morons could end up very disappointed..

I bought a 2011 Toyota 4Runner from P*** S*** (sales manager) in Palm Bay at tent sale. A tonneau cover for the rear cargo area was to be included. P*** said it would be shipped direct to my house. Prior to taking possession of the vehicle it was taken back to Lakeland to fix lower right bumper and fog light assembly. On way there or back the front windshield was chipped. P*** told me to have the chip fixed and then FAX the bill ($114.38) to his attention at the dealership. The chip was fixed by Safelite and the receipt was FAXed as requested (attached). In multiple calls to P*** he would say that the check for the chip repair and the cover order was being processed and should be sent out soon. This went on for several weeks and the last time I called P*** he essentially hung up on me. It was at this time that I called the dealership and was given the name of general sales manager R*** F*** for resolution of issues. I sent an email describing the above to the dealership and have made multiple call to him for 2.5 weeks. I was been given various stories of him have been out for meetings, in another area of the dealership, etc, but also that he would return my call. I did finally reach him and he said he would look into issues and get back with me. Two weeks later I still have not heard from him. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Poor customer sevice and lack of professionalism.

I bought a one year old car with low miles and was told it had gone through inspections and tune ups. I found out the suspension in the rear was shot, coil issues, stabilizer was loose and the rear and front brake pads are worn all the way down. Turns out it was a rental car and I was not made aware. I also cannot get a responce after numerous attempts to get them to fix the issues I have. I was told the vehicle was definitely not as is. Would never go to this dealership again.

Called for info, couldnt even get who I asked for, and was argued with over who I WANTED to talk to! HORRIBLE!!!

AWSOME, THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL EVEN KNOWING THAT I HAD CREDIT ISSUES THEY WORKED WITH ME AND NOW I AM DRIVING MY NEW CAR. THANKS TO ALL THE GUYS.
