From the moment my husband and I walked into Lance Cunningham Ford until the time we walked out we had an exceptional experience. We were immediately greeted by the receptionist; she asked if she could assist we informed her we were there to meet with Aaron Sharp as we had scheduled a test drive with him. Within no time Mr. Sharp was up at the desk and ready to assist. Mr. Sharp was extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy going – which are all things I appreciate. He was very welcoming and very attentive to our needs. The test drive, the initial paperwork, and the time with the finance area could not have gone better. While we dealt with Mr. Sharp and Travis Christensen directly even the employees that we interacted with indirectly were incomparable. My husband and I had been to other local dealerships and were disgusted by the lack of professionalism and consideration received. I can truly say it was refreshing to walk into a place that were willing to earn our business and did not act like it was owed to them. We will definitely be back for future purchases and would highly recommend others to do the same.

As I drove in he was standing in as if he was waiting on me. I showed him an ad off the internet immediately he took me to where. the vehicle was parked.He unlocked and showed me the vehicle.When I Came back to purchase the vehicle I found one I liked better, he immediately switched to the new vehicle and was very helpful in answering questions about the difference.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Extremely helpful staff that answered every question I had. I did not feel steered or "pressured" at all. The salesman offered to show me any vehicle I wanted and answered every question I had. I will be recomending this dealership to everyone I know.

First I almost NEVER would give Exceptional and a rating! Now that's out of the way.... Mr. Hamilton took time to hear me out, instead of just rushing me and pointing me a direction that I really didn't want to go or be in! I have been to your dealership before and that time it was also Mr. Hamilton that had helped me too. I have seen while at you dealership that you have a number of salesmen and I would be lying if I said they are all like Mr. Hamilton... some just don't seem as friendly, easy going or non-"pushy". I know its a salesman's job to "make" a sale but I first talked to Mr. Hamilton back in late 2012 / early 2013 and I came back because HE gave me such good service the first time! I do have to say that Mr. Hamilton had to please one of his other customers and Mr. Sizemore finished completing the transaction with me. I hope to see Mr. Hamilton there for my future purchases! If you cant tell HE made a lasting impression.

We were at a dealership in Bristol, TN and called Bee at 6:00 PM. Bee told us everything we wanted to know about the car and it was exactly what were looking for. He would wait for us and he did. We drove straight there and was very pleased with everyone at the dealership. When we got ready to leave we noticed one of the headlights was out. Bee has been Great to have followed up every week to make sure it was repaired and it was.

Appointments were on schedule, facility in excellent condition, staff courteous and knowledgable. Final walk around of the car was disappointing in that there were smudges all over the car, and what appeared to be a scratch on the trunk. The "scratch" - about 1/16" wide by 1" long - looked like a light grayish green primer, and was removed using "Nu-Finish" cleaner wax upon arrival home. Lance Cunningham called minutes after I left the dealership to express his concern, and offer to correct the situation.

I was treated very well from the start. I thought that the vehicle that I chose was not in my price range but after talking to the sales manager we came to a compromise and I bought the vehicle. The only negative part of the transaction was the shadowmark registration that was kind of put in without explanation. In fairness I did sign the form, but had I read it I probably would have declined the contract. I have never been treated better by any car dealer.
