They did a great job in replacing my water heater. They clearly propose the job & price ahead of time. They are prompt, careful, and clean. This is my second job with them. Ben was my Tech.

This company is very efficient and professional. They are highly recommended.

They charged my mom who is 80 $300 to replace $10 parts in her tank. They were not there long either. Wanted another $400 to replace a toilet that only needed to have $10 parts replaced. They probably take advantage of elderly. Please beware and do NOT use these folks. Glad my husband went over before she paid the $400!

Great friendly and professional service. They have taken care of several plumbing problems for us, including an emergency with frozen pipes. They will get the job done right at a reasonable cost.

Anthony came out and was able to help me quickly with my drain backup. In addition to the quick service, he was friendly, personable, had lots of insights about my house and general plumbing, but didn't try to oversell me other things. I didn't feel like they wanted to do anything more than help me have better plumbing in my house. He gave me a huge bucket of bacteria wash that immediately drained out all of my slow drains and I still have a bunch left over for the rest of the year. In summary, Knoxville Plumbing has shown itself to me to deliver results, not be pushy, and have a prompt service. Thanks!

i had a problem with a leaky toilet, so I gave this company a call. it was on a Saturday around 5pm or so, and the operator told me it would be a 4 hour window, between 6-10 pm, and they would give me a courtesy call 30 mns out. about 20 mns later the tech, Josh showed up. he was very thurough. He gave me multiple options, and did NOT pressure me into anything. He talked me thru the whole process, step by step. He was very courtius and polite. Extremely interactive, and broke things down to laymans terms. Very professional and polite. Would definately recommned this company to anyone.

Hands down the best service I've ever received from any individual that has came to do any type of work in our home. Josh was very respectful, polite, talk is thru everything he was doing and did in a very timly matter. I will definitely be a returning customer due to his performance.

We have no complaints. Doug did an excellent job. He not only fixed the problem but explained to me what the problem was, which parts were faulty, showing me the faulty parts and thoroughly explaining the solution. He also made other suggestions on how we could improve our overall plumbing system, such as water pressure regulation. He then did an inspection of the plumbing in our entire house, checking for leaks, treated our drains with BioSmart, and reminding us of the Diamond Club, which, since the cost of the water heater repair was covered by warranty, we gladly renewed! And he arrived within 2 hour of my call!

Doug was hard working. Got right to the problem, and went above and beyond by cleaning the ice from my walkway. I give him EXTRA stars, just for the extra attention he showed by taking time for that. :-) WAY TO GO DOUG !!

Josh is great at his job and I especially appreciated how he took time to explain the work he did and how it works. He did a neat and professional job.

We have used Knoxville Plumbing for several repairs recently and have been very impressed by their professionalism and quality of work. The employees are respectful as well as follow through with all that they promised to do. They rechecked everything to make sure their work was complete and working correctly. When they left, there was no indication that we had work done--they cleaned up completely! Knoxville Plumbing is a company we will use again.
