AA Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

These people are nothing but crooks. We called them to replace our hot water heater. Our bill was $2400.00. They told us the tank was $1400. They bought the tank at Gray Hodges. We called and the tank was $524.00. After a big argument with my husband, he dropped the price to $2000. We paid it, but sure got screwed. Do not call them!!!!!They are dishonest!!!!!!

This company is a joke. I have left comments before. I just wanted to make sure consumers know that the reviews from Brian S And Stacy S and all the good reviews are from the 2 owners and employees! they have an F rating with the BBB because they do horrible work and will over charge you. please do you homework before choosing a plumber.... this joker is not ever really a master plumber and there are several leans against their previous companies in different states. don't believe me you can look it all up for your self. just Google Brian or Stacy Sandefur!

Stay far away from this company! They have an F on BBB for a reason. They will come in a leave your house in a mess and charge you for it.

These jokers came out to my house and started digging holes. They left the holes, kept my cleanout open and left us with a $475 bill for essentiall an estimate. They didn't fix the problem, they told us it would be $3700 to put in a new drain pipe. We called Scotts plumbing and they had us fixed up for less than $500.

I called AA Plumbing and Drain Cleaning on 7/16/15 with a plumbing problem, I had a leak in my kitchen faucet and my septic tank was over flowing. It was a emergency for me to get this done because I had family members that came from out of town. They were quick and professional and organized and polite and friendly. I can honestly say I will be using AA Plumbing And Drain Cleaning from now on.

AA Plumbing came to our rescue on May 14 when the septic system failed at our cabin on Ft Loudon Lake.. There were able to excavate and install a new drain field within 2 days of my initial call to them.

Their price, attention to detail, their professional approach and honesty along with their quick response was greatly appreciated. They stand out in their industry regarding both service and quality.

I hired AA plumbing to cut the concrete and move the water lines in my kitchen. I purchase a condo; I hated the galley kitchen, changed it to and "L - shape" with and Island. They also installed my vessel sinks and water lines in both bathrooms. They were professional, I feel like I have made friends for life. If I need anything I will contact AA Plumbing.



PS: I also had a hard time trying to find someone to tile my home. AA plumbing was able to help me, they find a tile guy for me, and my tile is beautiful in my kitchen and both bathrooms

I had these clowns replace my hot water heater at the cost of $977.00 the next day the supply line 2 feet from the water heater was leaking. They refused to fix it unless I paid them a minimum of $175. Do not hire this company.

After 3 attempts to install a septic pump, burned up 2 pumps and refuse to correct their mistakes the third time we are out $1,500 and still do not have a working septic pump. They left without finishing the job. Now the city will be after them for working without a license and illegally leaving without closing the tank.
