Mr. Garza has been extrememly helpful. He kept me well informed through the entire process and always returned my calls when I left a message with his office staff. Although Mr. Garza was not my defense lawyer he gave me a name to the best in my area. One thing that stands out the most about Mr. Garza is his willingness to help even though you didn't hire him. Garza battled his way with a stubborn Judge and managed to points out all the points that counts toward my brother. Also, managed to show the DA and the officer, who did the arrest, that they are at very week spot. He was very truthful with us and got us involved in the decisions and planes he might take. The big shift really happened when he got my brother to testify and ask him questions that proves his innocence. The Judge finally convinced and the DA had to switch gears. Finally, the Judge gave him a reckless driving driving to be removed after short period and dismissed the DUI case. Great Job !!!

Not only a great lawyer, but an even better person. I'm thankful to have had him represnt me for my DUI charge. My case was kind of strange to begin with.

I was stopped by THP for wearing an "illegal" motorcycle helmet, then it evolved into the DUI charge. I had a few beers with 2 friends at a bike event in Maryville. As we were riding home, two THP troopers stopped two of us and I got the charge. I blew a 0.08 and spent some time in the Loudon Co. jail.
