I was charged with DUI, implied consent, and two traffic violations. My first court date, Marcos was deathly ill but still showed up to reassure me and reschedule. The next court date consisted of a hearing in which Marcos performed brilliantly. I was given a highly unfavorable plea agreement at first and we decided to fight. Just one probable cause hearing was all he needed. My DUI charge was dismissed and highly favorable conditions were negotiated with regard to my implied consent charge. I can still drive unrestricted and the DUI is now out of the picture.

Summer 2009 started with the worst experience of my life, and thanks to Mr. Garza's help, it ended with one of the best experiences of my life. He's worth every single penny! I ended up getting off with a reckless driving and 180 days on a scram monitor. It's not the most pleasant thing to wear, but it keeps my freedom. All of the other charges were dropped and expunged. I didn't even have to pay any fines, just my court costs and cost of the scram monitor! I honestly feel that no other lawyer could have talked the DA down that much since there wasn't much evidence in my case to fight back with. Marcos is the best out there. Marcos Garza did a fantastic job representing me on not just one occasion, but (unfortunately) on multiple occasions. He treated each and every case with care, always kept me informed and was honest with me about the reality of the situation. He was beyond reasonable with working with me on a payment plan.
