        Very disappointed

        I called just to make a eye exam, was asked if I had insurance , I said yes. I was asked for ID # , told them I did not have with me but would bring when I came. They said That I could not make appt without ID #.
        I said WHAT?? I called another eye doctor to get a appt, made appt & was told to bring ins card when I came
