At Ford Eye Center Dr. Baker is responsible for pre and post-operative lasik and cataract surgery which also includes a great deal of counseling and educating patients on which cataract or refractive surgery might be their best option. He has a great deal of experience dealing with patients who have had and are considering the Restor lens by Alcon.

Our optometrists take the time to explain the results of your eye exam, describe your options and listen to your eye care needs. Because maintaining good eye health is an ongoing partnership, we encourage you to ask questions and share your health information, which could be vital to monitoring, diagnosing and treating potential vision problems.

In 2006, Dr. La joined her husband, Dr. James Baker and launched Baker Family Eyecare in Hurst, Texas. Together they provide exceptional comprehensive eye care and vision examinations to patients of all ages and their families. She has a strong interest in ocular infections and injuries, co-managing Lasik and diabetic retinopathy, and complex contact lens fitting, such as keratoconus and corneal refractive therapy.
