This practice has more than tripled in the 15 years I have been a patient here. Since there are multiple physicians, I will review the office staff only. They are consistently friendly and efficient. They did go through some pain while digitizing their medical records but it's very smooth now. As with all doctor offices, they experience wait times, but in general they do a very good job of scheduling. The office staff is unusually competent and they are dedicated to a high level of patient satisfaction. The clinic has brought in an on-site pharmacy, a lab and an imaging company so it is very convenient for the patient. They have Saturday non-emergency hours and during flu season they hold flu shot clinics after hours. This is especially helpful for working parents.

Our family has had a good relationship with the doctors however, plan on waiting a LONG time if you call the office. It is absolutely ridiculous!! I don't recommend scheduling a same day appointment online either. It will be HOURS before a representative gets back with you.

The nurses and doctors are great. Extremely firendly. The office staff is horrible!!! The information given is never consistent. I don't think they understand billing. Make sure you thoroughly understand your insurance benefits. You may have to argue to get things covered, they would prefer you pay cash up front and you submit to your own insurance and get reimbursed.
