Had my vehicle taken from my home by an unauthorized user. US Auto had found and recovered it within an hour. With me being on a fixed income, I could not pay the recovery fees upfront. They worked out a plan that met my budget needs. Really appreciate them working with me to resolve my issues.

The staff was wonderful and always asking if you wanted coffee or something to drink. They worked with us on payments and actually listened to what we had to say and what we could afford!! This place is awesome! They let me in a car even though I have bad credit and a repo in my past. The staff was really nice. I love my car I got from them and the payments are low.

My wife and I had such a wonderful experience! They have a great selection of vehicles, all reasonably priced, especially considering that they don't charge any interest or finance charges, when financing a vehicle. The staff was super friendly and no high pressure sales. We test drove several vehicles until we found the right one. They sold us a great car for very little money down and we're very pleased. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

My girlfriend is having another baby and we needed a mini van,since I'm self employed eveyplace I went to turned me down,I wound up at us auto and 30 mins later my girlfriends driving home in a mini van. They have the price and terms right on the window,you know exactly what you're paying,That,I liked,NO Games ! All the employees at us auto mart are very nice,if I have a problem making my payment I just call Lisa and she works with me.

I was a little sketchy about this place, but I was in a bind. I fully expected a car that would last maybe a year, instead it was fully paid off within a year and lasted us 3 more years. They worked with me the two times I got a little behind and were always pleasant and accommodating on the phone or in person.

My car wasn't amazing, it needed a little bit of body work, and was pretty no-frills, but it did exactly what I needed and they were there to make sure I didn't lose my job when I had a sudden lack of car.

I have no problem with their ethics, and will visit them again to buy another car, I have no doubt.

Me and my wife have had nothing but good things to say about us auto the owner and the two ladies that work there are very understanding ive been late more then once but communication is the key they will work with you they dont want to repo your car just pick up the phone and communicate with them its that easy me and my wife will definitely be back to buy another car from them

Every car they sell here is purchased from an auction. So basically they are trade ins from new car dealerships that will give you "$4000 down on any trade no matter the condition" so they are all unwanted cars. The mechanic on site just does enuff to het them running. For example filling it full of stop leak so it wont leak untill a few weeks after purchase. They owners live 3 states away so they really dont care about their customers. And they claim "no intrest" but the cars are priced over triple value. No get trapped in a car loan tou dont want.
