My name is Jennifer and I was reading the reviews from people and I thought I was on wrong page. I bought a car from this place and I thought they were awesome. I was short one payment and I let them know they let me make it up next payment. I am about to get another car from them and will never go to another lot. Usautomart keep doing what you do. Thumbs up to you !

The sales personnel were very professional and willing to work with me concerning the purchase of my truck. If I am ever in the market for another vehicle I will definitely keep these folks in mind. When they advertise as the working man's friend, they are not lying.

Amazing, you won’t be able to get a car anywhere else that won’t charge and arm and a leg on financing charges.

I was repoed from another lot because I lost my job,and US Auto put me right back in a car without checking my credit.

People are the worst to deal with. They will tell you one thing then completely recant 2 minutes later. And while I was in the office someone else had come to pick up a car they had purchased and between the time they bought it and then the head gasket had blown. I recomend everyone stay away!

Love the customer service, I appreciate hand on customer service and also being able to work with people and their life situations. No attitudes!!!

This place is a scam I bought a Car from here didn't even have it for 2 weeks. My payment wasn't due yet they said I tampered with the GPS . I come out from work and my car gone. They Informed me to get the vehicle back I have to pay the Car off at 6300. Don't do business with the Devil👺👹👿

I did'nt have the whole down payment so I used the layaway plan and put my car in layaway for just $100. they work with you.

Bought my 2nd truck from these guys and they are very friendly and professional. Amazed to see some bad reviews on here about people that "can't" or "won't" make their payments on time.You entered into an aggreement for a car loan for "X" amount of money with payments due on a certain date.You didn't keep a copy of the aggreement? Sure the cars need a little work here and there but they are older cars which need a little work like tires or brakes or water pump, etc, things that older cars with 150 thousand plus miles eventually need and if you want a newer car there is a reason why you did not get a newer car because you can't afford it or like me my credit blows due to some unforeseen circumstances (divorce being the major contributor).

Stopped by just looking and ended up buying a vehicle with them. They worked with us to no end getting a good deal. Very courteous.
