Traveling Chiropractors International

We used this business on an emergency purpose. The doctor who ran and owned the business had an emergency life or death situation and had to leave the office for multiple weeks. We've used TCI before and we never had any problems. This most recent visit did not end like it had in the past. The business owner, Dr. Lane was in high demand for his money and frequently harrassed us to send his check in the mail. The chiropractor he sent us was not only disrespectful (sitting with his feet up on the desk, playing on his computer and cell phone, etc) he rarely spent any time with our patients and gave them a half-fast treatment. He was also very much overpriced for the services he performed. We fired that chiropractor after a week of service and Dr. Lane continued to call us everyday, 3-5 times a day. At one point he called our receptionist "a liar" because his check had not been sent yet and was quoted as saying "I don't care of the situtation you're in, I want my check when I ask for it." He then decided to hang up on our receptionist in mid conversation. This business owner clearly does not care about his customers, he's only in it for the money and we will NEVER be using his services again.
