Been here for a couple of years. I really like the place and it is close to everything.
I have lived here for a couple of months and havent had any problems. It is a little older, but maintenance is great and the apartment is still nice. Cant beat the price for what you get.

Provided by SuperpagesI currently live here and it is a wonderful place to live. I am very happy here and it is close to everything. I can walk to Hyvee and Walmart from here no problem. The apartments are very close to Zona Rosa and the highways. Office staff are nice and haven't had any issues with maintenance or snow removal. I would recommend to a friend.
Never ever move here!! They don't fix the issues in your apartment when you call! They bill you after you've been out for a year for things you've either fixed or was never wrong with your apartment! Then they complain when you move out and say that you have ruined the apartment. They are rude, they have no respect for anyone who is renting from them, and they don't require vaccination records for dogs causing my dog to get an illness called giardia which is caused by dogs who aren't properly cared for even though my dog is utd on everything!! I would NEVER recommend anyone to live here! Run away as fast as you can!!!

Provided by SuperpagesI am currently living in these apartments and regret doing so. The apartments feature two pool, only one of which is kept up. Maintenance fails to reply to overnight emergency calls, and often it is a fight to get them to fix anything. Items that are fixed are only "patched" leaving them to break again and again. The mail facilities offer no place for outgoing mail, and no larger boxes to hold packages. Receiving a package requires you to pick it up from the unfriendly office staff. The office staff treats acts as if it is a inconvenience to help anyone that enters, and they are often rude and short on the phone.
