Scott was great. He came, swapped out my alternator, offered some other advice for my car, and brought the best helper possible (who laid in the shade and woofed at my mailman, as he should).

Scott said he'd have my car up and running by 11, and we cranked her up at 10:59. His prices are frankly amazing for the quality of work he does, and any time there's something I can't do on my car you can bet who I'm calling to do it!

Scott was awesome. Came to my apartment and fixed my car within a few hours. I will definitely be using him again.

I am from Phoenix and was looking to buy a vehicle from KC. I was looking for someone to do a uses car pre-purchase inspection. I called a few mechanics found online. Scott was prompt with his response, was very reasonable with his price and was willing to fit me in last minute. It was also nice he accepted credit cards. His inspection was very thorough. Part way through the test drive he called and told me a little and asked if there was anything i wanted him to focus on. He called me after with a complete report including 2 minor repairs that I noticed when I got there. He was spot on. Thanks to Scott I purchased the Jeep from the private seller and love it!!

Scott is very reasonable and professional. He was not able to fix our vehicle because it was a fuel pump replacement but he was able to quickly pinpoint the problem so we didn't have to spend hours troubleshooting. We will definitely call him again!

I reached out to Scott because my Mazda Tribute would not start. I used my skills as a Google Mechanic to determine that it was likely the starter that needed replacement and communicated this to Scott. When he arrived he did not immediately resort to replacing the starter but instead suggested first installing a new battery, which he would not charge for if it did not get the car to start. He had a battery on him and installed it in a few minutes and the car started like it was brand new. Battery installation provides far less profit for a mechanic than installing a starter or alternator but Scott was honest and made sure to first attempt what was likely the problem and better for the customer. There's a good chance your local corporate mechanic shop with inflated prices, high overhead(shop costs, tv advertising, executive salaries, etc.), and legally mandated need to maximize corporate profits won't provide similar service.

We had warranty repairs on our UTV, but he company was out of Law Vegas, so they called Scott to come make the repairs. He was fast and did professional work. I fact, he also found a couple of other problems and came back to fix them as soon as the parts arrived. We are back up and running. I will definitely use Scott for any future problems with our UTV.

It's the 21st century and it's obvious that people are having more than just pizzas delivered nowadays. So, why not use a mobile mechanic? They come *TO* you to fix your car! And let's be real: I trust him and his prices wayyyyyyyy more than I do with my local car dealership.

I'll start by saying that Scott is a trooper! He worked on (and UNDER) my car on a blazing hot and humid afternoon to save my old Ford Focus that I thought was done for! It turned out that I was missing a serpentine belt, a critical piece of a car that I obviously did not know about...(thankfully, he also gave me a rundown on some car maintenance basics, so now I don't feel like a dud). Needless to say, he was very intelligent and thoughtful to purchase two types of belts from the local AutoZone--turns out my car needed a type of belt built for 2% of models. What luck!

Ducty, my duct-taped car (thanks Dad...), is now up and running again like nothing happened!

His service applies to anyone in the KC metro and is extremely convenient since he responds quickly (he's literally just a phone call away!). Pricing depends on what you need, but he will beat out any competitor in regards to service too! Ever since he worked on cars since he was a child, you can tell that he really does have a passion for it. A heads up: cash is preferred for him.

Scott provides truly excellent service. He made it to my office during a busy week, sourced an unusual part, and had my car fixed in no time. I was able to avert an insurance claim + high deductible. Very fair pricing and top quality work. Highly recommended.

I called Scott this morning because my car would not start. I suspected it could be my starter. He suggested that I first double check it wasn't my battery by getting a jump start. I tried what he suggested and it still didnt start. He promptly gave me a quote for a starter (but he said he would make sure that was the problem prior to installing a new one). He came over promptly and even with a rain delay he was able to put in the new starter in less than 2 hours. He also gave me some maintenance suggestions and checked my fluids. He saved me the hassle of having my car towed, his price was more than reasonable, and he is polite and honest. I will call him again.

I came to this guy because everyone says he's great...lol ������������������������ Told me he would call me back never did had waiting. When I could had went somewhere else. I think I have more knowledge about fixing a car than he did. All he had to say is I can't fix your car. But I got it fix anyway it was just a wire that needed to be bypassed.. but but Steve's is the best they fixed it and didn't have me waiting and tell the truth.. just remember folks don't believe the reviews

Thank you so much for coming to save us! We were stranded with a trailer full of pigs with a bad caliper and Scott is the only one who answered the phone and was there within the hour. He and his partner were very nice and professional. They had us back up and running and even waited for us to try out the truck before they left. We'll know who to call next time! :) Thank you!

Absolutely impressed with Scott. Took him a few minutes to diagnose my issue. Gave me several helpful suggestions since it was a very old vehicle. I will be using his services again.

Scott was able to diagnose my problem over the phone from 1800 miles away. I'm in Phoenix and thought my ac compressor was going out. Thanks to Scotts excellent diagnostic skills we figured out it was an ignition coil. He saved me $100's. Thank you Scott!
