Paul's Taxi Service

I was touched inappropriately by a driver. Not saying names but I will be pressing charges. Highly do not recommend this company.

Paul's Taxi Service is the nicest experience I have ever had with a taxi service. A genuinely kind man with very interesting and informative stories about the area.
Would definitely use his service every chance I get.

Great service at flat rate pricing! I scheduled transportation with Paul for a 4am pick up going to the Louisville Airport. He arrived ten minutes early, the car was clean and he was more than $5.00 less than the other services. I will be using him from now on!

I'm Paul, this is in response to the review by Alan W. He is a so called competitor who's service is so bad He has to create bad reviews.

I have been operating legally in Southern Indiana for over 15 years. Customer service is my number one priority, I do not need to stoop so low as to place false reviews on other services.

Paul found me quickly. My car had broke down and he came right to me. Made me fell better by the time he got me home. Car was clean and service was great!

Cab was 5 min early which was great. Clean car, non-smoker. Got 4 of us there quickly and professionally. I will be using Paul's Taxi again in the future.

Quick pick up, clean cab, fair prices. Will be using them again. Driver is a character, even made me laugh on a bad night.

Driving a smart car has its perks, but when you don't need a key to start the car, and only a button, you may forget the keys from time to time. On our road trip through Kentucky, Tennessee, and further south to New Orleans, we left our keys in La Grange, KY and drove 78 miles out to Sonora, KY. Pulling off to get gas, we realized that we couldn't turn the car back on without the keys inside the vehicle. We called Paul and without any trouble, Paul drove our keys out to us at a gas station along 65. He was so friendly and very helpful. Paul definitely saved the day!!! No hassles from Paul :)

Look if I don't like a cab service I will be honest I won't use them. If I don' t like the services I received then I never use that company again. This seems to be just one mans can service and I didn't like that I was left out in the cold waiting for him at the boat for hours. When I am tired I want to go home.

I am a customer who has been using Paul's service regularly for years. He has NEVER BEEN rude or late. He has always arrived on time, and is always happy and friendly. I happen to know that these negative reviews were placed by a COMPETITOR who is trying to hurt Paul's ratings. If you look at reviews for other cab companies, you will notice these same user names placing reviews on other companies too. Most of them are negative, except for the ones placed for this person's own company. I didn't wish to name that company here in a public forum, but you will see for yourself.

I am sorry my friend I was not pleased with this guy. I was getting my little girls things ready and getting ready to walk out the door. well i guess I wasn't quick enough for him cause he hollared at me told me to hurry up and took off before I could even get to the cab. I don't know if he was just having a bad day or what but i didn't appreciate his attitude. I will never ride with him again.

whenever i come to louisville ky for my buisness, which is 2 or 3 times a month i usually stay at the horseshoe casino in indiana. that is where i met paul, he drives me all around while im here conducting my buisness,and back to the airport when im done. i have never met a nicer more professional cab driver then paul. not to mention the cleanest cab i've ever been in. as far as im concerned i have a permanent cab driver. thanks paul

Paul drives my 14yr old daughter home from school twice a week after her science club and he is always prompt, professional and friendly. On top of the excellent service his cab is always clean and nonsmoking.

I called Paul to schedule a 4:00 am ride to the Louisville Airport and Paul arrived early,his taxi was clean and fresh and he even gives a 10% discount!!
I will definitely refer him to friends and family!!!
