Southern Indiana Taxi Cab Service

Great customer service! I called another company two days ago and scheduled a 6am pick up to the Louisville Airport. At 6:10 I started calling them...no answer..after calling for 10 minutes and no answer or taxi I called these folks. A car was in my drive in my drive in 15 minutes and I was able to make my flight.
I will definitely use this service in the future!

I called and told Paul where I need a cab to, the Horseshoe. 18 miles to my destination and back, he replies, " I can't do that". Not even a second after telling him. Really Paul? Don't say you service the area and save everyone some time.

Terrible customer service skills when dealing with inquiries over the phone. Paul has an air of impatience and is quick to cut you off in mid-sentence. It seems that if the reason for your trip does not meet his approval (never mind the generous amount of money you are willing to pay for it - we didn't even get to that part) then he'll curtly cut you off. "Nope, can't help ya." Be prepared - this service is very select in what they choose to do. You'd think they would be interested in money.

I had to go from Louisville to Lexington and be there by 6am. My driver picked me up ten minutes early in a non-smoking car and had me there in plenty of time. The cost was only $125.00 and he accepted my credit card.

I will recommend this service highly to anyone that needs a prompt taxi at a great price!

I called this company to just ASK if they could come pick a group up from New Albany and take to Louisville. The man that I spoke to didn't even let me finish speaking, he simply told me that he couldn't help me out. I was shocked that he didn't want the service first of all and that he didn't even let me finish my question. By reading these reviews I am glad that we didn't hire him. I called Yellow Cab and they didn't have a problem at all with picking us up and didn't give me any trouble! So if you are looking for a cab in the Southern Indiana area, go with Yellow Cab!

Terrible experience. Scheduled a 10am pickup the day before for an interview. Called at 9:50am to confirm the pickup and was told "oh, I was just gonna call you. The guy who was supposed to pick you up just had his van stolen and I don't have anyone else close enough to get you" average pick up times are anywhere from 15 to 30 min. Now have no hope of making it on time.

I'm Paul, I own and operate this business. In response to Russonita's review, the car she rode in is not "rickety" it is older but in great shape. It was not dirty or smelly, it never is. This taxi has cloth seats, the bottom of the back seat is removed once a week and cleaned under, and all seats are cleaned with an upholstery cleaner. This was done the day prior to her trip. She didn't tip at all as she stated and when we arrived at the airport, I asked if they had all belongings and then I checked the back seat before leaving.

The real issue with her is SHE lost her keys, waited over a week to contact me, I told her I would pull the back seat out and check again ,if the keys were there I would call her back. I looked again and no keys. When she called the next day I explained this to her. She started speaking loudly telling me to look again, I had to raise my voice because she would not stop talking. Yes I hung up on her, I had no choice. She then started calling over and over again until I had to block her number.

I'm sorry she lost her keys but they were not in my taxi.

Customer service is now, and always has been my first priority.

Arrived @ the airport on time, but the cab was rickety, dirty, smelled and left an odor on my clothing after I exited the car. The driver was a bit too chatty. Despite all this, I still gave a nice tip. I called the driver later to ask whether keys had been found in the vehicle. He said he would pull the seat out, look and call me back. 24 hours later, when he didn't call, I called him. He was rude, impatient, shouted at me and hung up on me. I will never use this cab service again. I will never recommend it to friends, family, co-workers or strangers on the street.

I needed to be at the Louisville Airport by 5am, I scheduled a taxi cab for 4am, the driver was early and very courteous!
