What a difference I have seen from my husband's stay at River Point Behavioral Health!! He is getting much better at controling his emotions and communicating with us. After an especially horrendous hospital experience for him at another place, we found programs at River Point extremely educational and the staff kind and helpful

This place helped me get back on my feet. I was admitted to River Point in September. All I want to say is that place completely changed my life and I would recommend you go there if you are in serious trouble. At first I was scared and reluctant to do anything. After a day or two everything changed so much that I felt as a new person. I have many people to thank there. Everyone was very kind and helpful. It made a difference in my life.

I’m an alcoholic and a drug addict. Now I’m sober and I credit River Point Behavioral Health for making a difference in my recovery. I began using drugs and alcohol as a teenager. I was Baker Acted when I was 20 and by 30 I had been to detox for a heroin addiction and participated in a methadone program. I still could not stay sober and it affected every aspect of my life especially my career and my relationships with almost everybody. The program at River Point Behavioral Health helped me achieve my longest period of sobriety which was four and a half months.

I recommend River Point Behavioral Health to others. The staff were understanding and taught me about my illness including the steps necessary to help with my recovery.

I checked into River Point with pretty severe depression, and an even worse addiction to methadone. I heard stories about detoxing from methadone, and was petrified to say the least. The entire staff, and my fellow peers, were extremely helpful, kind and supportive. I do not believe I would have made it through this difficult time had it not been for the help I received at River Point hospital. My experience, definitely, exceeded my expectations. Here I began my journey towards good mental health. I would recommend this place to my family and dearest friends. Thank you River Point for giving me my life back....
