Plaza Surgery Center

The surgery went fine,but afterward they were terrible. Using an HSA account for medical expenses we needed to go monthly on the bill since the HSA account only accrues on a monthly basis. After telling me it was fine to pay monthly they sent us to a collection agency. When I called about and asked why they did that, I was told that is their policy. No phone call, no letter stating they were going to send to collection agency. Nothing, they just sent it. When I complained, Julie hung up on me! Very poor service. Very frustrating.

My boyfriend wasn't told any information about his surgery til the day before! No rules about not eating food ahead of time, he could of been harmed if it wasn't for family informing him. They left out the fact he has a thousand dollar Co pay til last minute, had us come at 715 am its now 830 and were still waiting. I have never had to deal with such unprofessional lazy adults before. This company is horrendous go any where else.
