I recently refinanced my home through Nations Lending; Gary Schnitz was my loan officer. I had a lot of questions as I didn't understand all the mortgage language involved. Gary took the time to explain everything to me in simple terms.



Everything went very smoothly and quicker than originally anticipated. Also, Mr. Schnitz was able to eliminate PMI which dropped my note even more!



I would recommend both Nations Lending and Mr. Schnitz to any of my friends or family.

My experience with Nations Lending Corporation was the absolute best! The loan officer, Gary Schnitz and processor, Amanda Zielinski, created an absolutely easy process to get me refinanced in my current home. Gary went out of his way on several occasions to find the best rate and program for me and laid out all of the pros and cons of each one. I've experienced purchases and refi's in the past and no one has ever taken this much care of the customer.

My wife and I had a great experience while refinancing our loan with Nations Lending Co. Nick Phillips and his team were very helpful and always available when needed. They made the process easy.

My husband and I just refinance our home loan and nations lending was so helpful. Andrea was available whenever I needed her. It was easy and fast.

My experience with this company was not good at all. The rep that I used was Brian Hollingsworth and the work was not professional at all. I applied for a refinance mortgage loan to get a lower rate. My credits good and I have a nice rate now but a lower one would be even better. All steps were taken to apply for the loan and I was approved for the lower percentage rate and was told that it's locked in.



Several weeks I waited for Mr. Hollingsworth to get back with me regarding this loan. I was told that the previous lender would be paid off by May 31st and I would skip one month before making a payment. Time past and I decided to give him a call, it took him awhile before he called back, and when he did, he tell me that the rate is now higher. After June 3rd, the mortgage insurance will go up, but if your loan is done before then it's locked in with the rate you have now. I received this call on today which's makes it hard to get a loan before the 3rd. Maybe there are reps that do a good job at this company, but don't use this one. We have wasted time and money fooling with them!

The service I started to receive at NLC was good in the beginning. My husband and I have great credit so we were able to receive the lowest rate and highest credit for closing costs. Then my friend told me about a lender she worked with that could get me twice as much credit. I called this lender and confirmed that the credit was available but since I had already spent time and money to qualify with NLC, I asked the Lender I was working with, Mike Woodring, if they could match this. At first he said that he could not and that he was putting his best foot forward and couldn't do anything else...so I decided to go with the other lender since I would receive roughly $3,000 more towards closing costs, which would cover replenishing our escrow account. Once I told Mr. Woodring that, he said he would ask his supervisor and within a few minutes approved to do the same. If he had been putting his best foot forward I wondered why receiving and extra $3k was approved so easily and questioned why there wasn't more effort put into helping me get the best possible deal I could in the first place, but decided to stay with him since I was told I would receive the same rate, the same credit, and a two month grace period before making my first payment. Everything was confirmed and verified through email, my husband and I received all the documents to sign in the mail with this rate, and I received a call from NLC from someone congratulating us on qualifying. That very same day, I received a very short email from Mr. Woodring saying that they could no longer give me that rate or credit and that I should try to refinance with the other lender!!! Come to find out, he never locked my rate or credit in, even though all the paperwork and emails had confirmed that he did! I wrote an email to him and the underwriter and no action was taken. The company cost me thousands of dollars and my time and didn't seem concerned about compensating me or making it right. I used to work with a bank and if we made a mistake like that, we would have eaten the difference to give the customer what was promised. I am still very disappointed and upset that there was so little regard for what we lost by trusting them and it makes me angry that big banks can get away with something like the w/o any consequences. It may not be a big deal to them, but it is a very big deal and a lot of money to us.

Andrea Werner and her team at Nations Lending Corporation are the best. Not only did they get us the best interest rate on our Refinance but it was done quickly, if we had any questions they were on the ball. We refinance our home once before with another company and it was horrible. I recommend Andrea and her team to everyone thinking about refinancing their home.

Our mortgage broker was Andrea Warner and she was absolutely wonderful! She was very informative and clear through the entire process and really made us feel at ease. Anytime I sent her an e-mail with questions or concerns she responded immediately (which did not happen with other companies). My husband and I were very pleased with Andrea and would definitely recommend NLC to anyone who is considering doing a refinance. Thanks for all your help Andrea:)

Nations Lending Corp, Sr. Banker, Andrea Werner handled our refinancing on a FHA 30yr loan. The interest rate was the best found but most of all Sr. Banker Andrea Werner is the best that we have ever worked with. Besides very professional and efficient, Andrea W. is very pleasant, friendly and an enjoyable person to do business with. She made the loan application process a pleasure. I had the greatest experience using National Lending. The girl I used was Andrea Werner. She bent over backward to get me my hoa refinance. She made the process as easy as possible for me. I have already recommented her to someone else. Just a side note she was funny and helped me laugh though this process.

Nations Lending is the most efficient and professional company I have ever worked with. Jennifer Kananian was the leader of my account and she kept me updated throughout the process.



There were also several other people involved in processing my application. If you are intrested in doing a mortgage refinance, this is the best place to look. I tried several other mortgage companies but they could not match up with the service and rates I got from Nations Lending.

I have nothing but praises for Mr. Frank E. Zubel and Nations Lending Corp. I am one of those people with an underwater mortgage and was looking to refinance through the HARP 2.0 program. Seterus, my now previous lender, sent me a letter indicating that if I was interested in refinancing I should go to Quicken Loans for assistance. Needless to say, that did not work out. Quicken Loans kept me on hold for 4 months before finally telling me they could not help me. I began searching for a new lender with experience in the HARP 2,0 process, that is when I contacted Mr. Zubel at Nations Lending. He told me he could help me, and he did! There were a lot of twists and turns throughout the process mostly due to Seterus' poor business practices.
