I was frustrated with trying to refinance under HARP our town home after being turned down by many other lenders even with a 700+ credit score. Our previous lender had us in a unique loan with lender based PMI and no one would help us until Alan made it his mission to help us out. The next thing I know, we get loan documents for a 30 year fixed mortgage at 4% saving over $325/month. We are looking forward to refinancing an investment property next. Kudos to Alan for getting the job done.

Great Company . They called me from out of no where and were able to get me a HARP loan I was upside side down and I didn't have to have any appraisal with HARP. My Loan officer was Frank Passafiume and he was the one who really helped me .

I had a 6.5 % Mortgage now its 4.34 % I closed within 30 days and everything went smooth I even got a 2 months off without my mortgage payment .

I have done both a purchase and a refinance loan with Jean-Paul Riccio at Nations Lending, and I can tell you I would not go anywhere else with my business. JP is a true professional and jumped through hoops to get my purchase done. He is actually closing a purchase for my brother, Chad, whom was previously denied by several other lenders. We own a pre-manufactured home on a half acre, we are in a small town in Arizona. We have tried since 2009 for a streamline refinance and always came up with problems of some type. I was worried that there wasn't an honest mortgage company out there. But calling Nations Lending Corp {NLC} from a flyer that came in our mailbox was a "miracle" for us. We still came across some difficulties and between our mortgage banker and underwriting they asked for a little more information from us and we were approved. They gave us the best interest rate that was out there at the time too. But the best part is when it came to close the loan. Our mortgage banker told us how much we would need to come to closing table, and how much we would expect from the current lender at time of the closing of our loan account. That information was right on; actually even better than expected. NLC handled everything very professionally. We all will have different issues/matters or reasons to finance home mortgages or refinance them, and NLC can help with giving the best mortgage loan option so they can better serve your need. That's what Sarah Cole, did for us, and she had every answer to our questions, and it's because she understands what her duties as a Senior Mortgage Banker. Another great part is Sarah stayed with us the whole way through the refinance process. We felt like we were old friends by the time we finished our last signing. I know this may sound like a dream, but this dream actually came through.
