Horrible experience Friday night. Placed order 5 min or so and customer s coming in 5 min after us and ordering left with their food 5 minutes before us. Asked to speak to the mgr and he was coming towards me but the phone rang and he decided to answer the phone instead. It was 4 or 5 people working the front of the store that could have answered the phone. Needless to say I never got to speak to him. While watching them prepare the food im being observant and noticed them (mgr) scratching his head and digging in his ear with no gloves on. I was so upset when I got home I decided to call and ask for a mgr and explained everything to him, he did apologize and asked what he can do to make it right, I responded to him you tell me what you can do to make it right, and then I got a pause on the phone for a minute with no response and started saying hello because I thought I had a dropped call or something and he started saying im here....im here. Ok....im waiting on you......too much money spent and too many chicken places to get my business again if this is the best you can do!! I have to give a rating to get this comment to go through but really it should be minus one star!!
