Houston, our tech, came as scheduled yesterday afternoon to perform our quarterly service. He called ahead to give me his arrival time, and was thorough and professional in accomplishing the treatment.

Crayvon C was very professional and friendly when he showed up today. I hope he comes back next time.

After many ups and downs with this company the last two technicians have been excellent. Today Colton Sprggins was the technician that performed the follow up services. He was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. This gentleman did a outstanding job.

We recently signed up w/Aptive upon moving to the area. Their policy to return between quaterly treatments is wonderful. After weeks of rain, we definitely needed additional treatment. Crayven C. came out and did a swift and thorough job, asking about specific pests, trouble spots etc. He was very professional and hardworking.

Henry N was my service pro and he rang the doorbell to let me know he was here and he let me know when he was finished as well. Also, he answered some questions that I had.

Great service! Henry N. did a great job inspecting everything and treating our house and yard. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I didn't have any questions. I also appreciate him finding a wasp nest and removing it for us.

I had a technician named Michael S. come by on 9/26/16. I asked if he could spray on the inside of my house in addition to the outside and he said of course. He started inside the garage which I totally forgot about at first, and he sprayed all through the house where ever I asked. He also educated me about where a lot of the insects find their way into my house. He was very professional and he also had boot covers to keep my floors clean. He was very positive and had a great attitude, it was a great experience.

Henry N. serviced my home on 9/16 and 9/26. He was very courteous and polite. He sprayed everywhere I asked and I haven't seen any spiders since. On 9/26 I was not home for the service, and one of my dogs was in the back yard. He could not service the back yard due to the dog, so I called APTIVE and Henry came back and waited until I got home to service the back yard! Now that is awesome customer service! Very happy with Henry and APTIVE!

Active sent Hakeem Ibraheem to do a re-service treatment for free because some fire ant appeared in the garden. he did a great job.

I gave two stars for the company. The five stars are for service pro Hakeem Ibraheem. He is a great guy. He showed up on time and did a thorough inspection & spraying for the house on 9/13/2016. He is very professional and patient. He even used shoe cover when he serviced our bedrooms. And I could see that there definitely is a good result as I no longer see bugs coming to the house not even into the garage. I hope I can have him to perform future services for my house.
