Kevin and Alex did an amazing job and great first impression for Aptive. Kevin and Alex spent a lot of time explaining about the different pests and what to expect. Both kept me updated on how much longer the treatment would be.

Travis C and Clarissa set me up. They were very nice and easy to talk to. Brandon M came and did my first visit. He amazed me with his hard work in a long sleeve shirt with another shirt underneath in Texas heat. I would like to recommend single layer, wicking material, short sleeved shirts and cotton or wicking material shorts for these guys. It is torture to wear all that heavy cover in this sun. I would have liked to see him have a spreader or broadcasterms for the granules in the yard instead of by hand. He did a great job cleaning the eaves!

Carlos Miranda was really good and super fast I was surprised. He explained the process and answered all of my questions. I would really recommend Aptive to everyone.

Country came out for a redo on service not done properly the first time. He took the time to explain what should have been done and what would be done on each quarterly service. He proceeded to do everything that I expected and answered all questions. He was friendly, knowledgeable thorough and careful not do damage any flowers etc.. I hope to have him return for the next service.

Carlos Miranda came to my home this morning to provide pest control services. He arrived within the time we had arranged. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, thorough, and friendly. I highly recommend him. He represented Aptive well.

Having just moved to Texas last year from Virginia, we had no idea of pest control companies in the area. We were approached by an Aptive salesman and decided to give it a try. Wow, am I glad we did. Carlos, the young man who performed our service today, was phenomenal. He took the time to explain everything and made sure he answered all of my questions. He was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He is a huge asset to your company. I've dealt with a lot of people, but Carlos is special. I would recommend him to everyone!

I had a service rep, Shayla, visit me and sell me a plan...two days later, Mark showed up to perform my initial spray. Both were very nice and professional, and I appreciated that Mark arrived in the given time window! I will definitely recommend Aptive to all family and friends!

Jeremy L. arrived at my home first thing this morning, verified our trouble spots and let me know up front when our payment would be deducted from our account and was courteous and helpful while ridding our home of pests.

My fiancé are both VERY pleased with the service we received from Aptive and particularly Mark Hoover. The sales woman was knowledgable and friendly without being pushy at all. Mark came the very next day, right on time. He was just as friendly and courteous and answered all of our questions. He was very efficient, in and out in about 30 minutes. Definitely would recommend! They seem very confident in their product, hopefully it works and gets rid of all these wasps!

Both Jake (Sales Rep) and Alex (Technician) were friendly and courteous. We are first-time Aptive customers looking forward to a bug-free home :-)
