Waterview Apartments

First of all, me and my wife are moving out. This place is garbage. The "new management" is not essentially new, as it hosts the same putrid slum lord Lynn.



That's probably why this place is such a dump. Maintenance is inconvenient, and at times hostile, when you call in an emergency situation to fix something.



God forbid they do their job(s). Rats, oh my gosh. Lynn constantly blames corporate level authorities, stating "they're the ones who make the call." Yeah, whatever.



Me and my wife have seen countless reviewers like us complain about the rat/mouse situation, and Lynn puts the blame on corporate and the responsibility on the individual resident to rid the disease-infested rodents.



Mind you that rats are notorious for carrying infectuous diseases. Waterview should pay at their expense for an exterminator. Not the other way around as Lynn has told people. I personally also found Tanya at the office to be a little emotionally aggressive.



She's rude, unprofessional, and does it with an attitude. She's a newer addition to the team, but boy she does not like to help people!!! If you're looking for a place to live, seek elsewhere for the love of Jesus.



Save yourself. Surely, the people who run Waterview have their brains set into neutral.

First week here and rats where seen droppings found when brought to attention off slum lord they said its not our problem after talking to neighbors this has been a issue for a long time slum lord is extremely rude and thinks nothing is there responsibility. Smells of death in apartment please do not rent in this slum poorly managed and neglected place

There are many problems with living in these apartments (mold, neglectful maintenance, poorly built) but most of these things have already been addressed in other reviews. I'm here to warn you about the water bill. Good lord the water bills. I have lived here for almost ten months and never has the monthly water cost been below $70, and despite efforts to save, has more often than not topped the electric bill. No amount of water conservation (including skipping laundry, dishes, and yes even showers several times a week,) will save you money. It is an ongoing problem throughout this complex, no matter how many people are living in the apartment. If you move here to Waterview and they are still under 'Yes Energy Management' I hope you have a small fortune set aside; you'll need it for your water bill. I wish someone had warned me before I signed the lease.

If you are looking for an apartment..... please don't stop here, it will be the worst mistake you make.I have lived here for quite a while and this place is just trash. Nothing gets fixed (the maintenance man is a joke as is the ladies in the office ) They make a lot of promises but do nothing. If they come to fix something its only half fixed. They came to fix my stove and it's worse now than before they "fixed " it.

My light has been out for months outside of my door . still not fixed even after calling over and over and they say the same thing... " I'll have someone right up there " Yeah right.

Mold and mildew everywhere....this place is just nasty.

The grounds are nasty as hell..... they do nothing to fix the broken sidewalks and they have only one ( 1 ) dumpster which is always running over. You would think for the rent they charge for this dump they would fix something to make it look better or upgrade the apts.

As for the playground...what a joke.....broken swings and garbage all over the place.

As for a pool...they have no pool....you have to use the Maples pool and that cost a fortune.

This place has NOTHING to offer you ...so do yourself a favor and please drive right on by.

Glad I don't have to deal with this anymore.

I wish I could give 0 stars!!! This place is terrible!!! I've lived here since July and I've already had it I've been 4 days without heat or air and can't get anybody to come fix it! I moved in July and still couldn't stay the first week in my apartment BC again my air was not working!! My fridge leaked the first two months I was here. Then they brought up a "new one" covered in black mold. I called down to the office to inform them of the black mold. Guess what they came up and bleached it and said it was fixed. In done with this place as it sit its 83 degrees in my apartment and can't get anybody to fix it because the EMERGANCY maintence line goes straight to voice mail. In calling codes first in the morning. I have pictures and every voice recording of where my apartment was going to be a priority!!

Drive by on this one folks. The other people on here are very accurate. Repairs do not get done unless you contact the corporate offices, trash is ALL OVER, mold, bugs, water damage in units. The property manager should not have a job, he is rude, and does not care about living conditions. We have thankfully moved but I don't want others to make the same mistake we made. I would also like to add that we never were late on rent, nor our bills, this is not a negative review in retaliation to anything I just really do not want to see anyone make the mistake of moving here.

This is the worst apartments EVER!!!! ... i would strongly advise not to move here .Management is a joke . The head guy Philip is about as mean as they come . Me and my wife lived their for 2 years and both summers he had so many nats and fly it was so gross . Also their was a modly smell through our whole apartment . If i asked them to fix something Philip and the girl that worked their would say ok we will get it done 2 monthS would go by and still not a thing would be fixed . These people should get fired for the way they treat people ...And somehow rent would be different every month for all i know they are taken peoples money ...DONT MOVE HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing! I mean nothing gets done if broke. Neighbors are trashy it's like living in a Jerry Springer episode. They change management all the time. No one answers phone calls. Our door has been leaking since we moved in a yr ago. Matanience is crappy they half do anything because management don't want to spend the money to fix things right. Mold everywhere! Dust coming out through the air ducts because they're clogged. Unsupervised kids running around everywhere. If you're looking for an apartment in hendersonville, I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO MOVE TO WATERVIEW!!

You can hear all your neighbors (whether above, below, or beside you), you can hear everything going on outside. Lots of loud people. Everything they fix is half-done. It takes forever to get things fixed. People leave their trash outside that smells for days. Spiders and nats everywhere.
