The Reserve at Drakes Creek

I moved to the Reserve 6 months ago and the management worked with me and made my move as comfortable as possible. My refrigerator was leaking last month and the maintenance fixed in within a couple of hours. They are good at handling problems in a timely fashion. Plus I like the gym. I recommend this place to anyone who is trying to find a good apartment at a good price.

I moved in this past November. My heater didn't work and they came immediately and fixed it. It's right in the middle of everything so you have places to shopv and eat. My best friend had a couple this mess up and they were fixed the same day! Neighbours are cool and it's very quiet despite having a lot of neighbours! I recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice place to stay at a reasonable price! There's a gym and a laundromat. Units feel cozy and i actually feel at home. Nice place..

We moved to the Reserve Drakes Creek last November. The location is excellent. The complex is kept clean and neat. The manager is pleasant and all requests have been taken care of in a timely fashion. It has a laundry and gym on site. A very good value.

I would recommend this apartment complex. The apartments look great! Great pricing and deals. New improvement overall, excellence service and attention by the staff. There's plenty of parking spots. Its very clean, especially the fitness center that's open 24/7! I currently live here and I love it!

Great improvements at the Reserve. New manager shows concern and care for the residents and the maintenance staff is quick to address any issues that I call in. I have only lived on property for a few moths but it is definitely a better place than before!

the new management is just pure garbage do not i repeat do not move into this place they go out of their way to get more money out of you while making it look like your a bad tenant. the manager also seems to like to put your conversations on speaker and let you know how they been spying on you just horrible horrible people not a good environment to move into. i could go on for days of how bad this place is even the roach infestations don't top off how crappy maintenance is to come and fix things even with the new construction going the place is still crap you can put a silk dress on a monkey it'll still be a monkey.

The property manager will tell any lie to get her way all the while proving her inability to actually improve the value of the property and quality of life for the tenants. She lied about lawn furniture being on your porch area being a fire marshal code violation. That's not true. The majority of the tenants have had outdoor furniture for more than two years with no violations or complaints. Don't forget the new rules. You can't stand in the sidewalk and talk to your friends. Another stupid rule is the your curtains have to be sheer. "We like to observe our tenants" was the reason the property management gave. Just for a little bit more comfort. They seem to be constructing gallows (two in front of each building) to hang the tenants out in the yard if they don't pay on time
