Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

I made an appointment with Louis, the owner, for the Arlington Branch, and it was for 1pm. Because Louis had not told me if the branch was East or West Arlington, I called the office, heading out, where I am new in Greenville, NC, and asked which address it was. The secretary told me that Louis wasn't there, and I indicated I had an appointment. She said she would call Louis and call me back and I told her I was on my way where it was 12:40 pm. Almost at the office the secretary called me back and told me that Louis would meet with me at 1:30 pm and that she was on her way back to the office. The secretary would not give any information, but, it was obvious to me that Louis had forgotten about our appointment. I got to the office at 1:10 pm and at 1:35 pm I asked how much longer I'd have to wait for Louis to get there. The secretary didn't know, and after five minutes she told me, "I've texted her." At 1:45 pm I again asked when Louis was going to get there as I had a busy schedule that day, and, again, the secretary didn't know. At 1:50 p.m. I walked out disgusted. I tried to call other Jackson Hewitt offices, but each phone number rolled back to the Arlington office. I then had to find someone else to do my taxes. At around 2 pm or sometime thereafter, Louis called and left me a voicemail saying she was sorry but offering no explanation or any incentive to return to her and let her do my taxes. Since she appeared to be so inconsiderate of my time, forgot my appointment, and couldn't even have the decency to show up at the 1:30 pm time she told the secretary to tell me she would be at the office by, I realized I didn't want this kind of unprofessional, inconsiderate person doing my taxes anyways.
