Medical Weight Loss
The number of fat cells stored in our bodies typically remain constant throughout adult life. After the SculpSure treatment, the destroyed fat cells will not return. Internal Medicine
Cynthia L. Lopez, MD is a native of Fairborn, Ohio and has lived with her family and practiced in Greenville. She graduated from Wright State University Medical School in Dayton Ohio where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Honor Society and received the PICO award for excellence in patient relations. She completed her internal medicine internship and neurology residency at The Ohio State University. She was subsequently awarded dual fellowships in neuromuscular disease and electromyography (EMG) at the renowned Cleveland Clinic, ranked repeatedly as one of the top neurology hospitals by the U.S. News & World Report.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Some common problems for which EMG testing can be especially helpful include complaints of pain, weakness, numbness, tingling, carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar palsy, Lou Gehrig's disease, muscle diseases, muscular dystrophy, foot drop, diabetic and other neuropathies, and radiculopathy due to pinched nerves in the cervical and lumbar spine.

When you come for your initial visit we will take a detailed history, do an interview and physical examination. Please bring your records, MRI and CT reports, and medications for our analysis. Dr. Lopez will review her findings and recommendations with you and schedule additional studies as indicated. A full report will also be faxed to your physician(s) within 24-48 hours. A follow-up appointment will be arranged before you leave our office to return to review the results of any tests ordered and to monitor your progress.

Holistic medicine is encouraged including diet, physical therapy, massage, chiropractic medicine, acupuncture and exercise. Medications are prescribed as indicated. A full report will be faxed to your physician(s) after every visit and a follow up appointment arranged with Dr. Lopez before you leave. She will discuss results with you during your follow up visit and our staff will call you about significant abnormalities.
