I have been taking my animals to the Animal Care clinics for more than 7 years now. We absolulty love all the Doctors and Staff! Without them, their compassion, and expertise one of my fur babies may not be here today. They are also very affordable. Thank you Animal Care for all you do!

Worst costumer service. They lie. They never follow up. They're very unprofessional. Don't waste your money, time, or your pet's life here.

I have been doing business with these people for 20, yes 20 years!! I have seen the business go down the tubes! The vet I've been dealing with all these years had NO bed side manor at all when he told my child her dog, "probably had cancer"! OMG.. why would you say that to a child, even if you thought it was true?!? You have just lost my respect, and business!!

Excellent doctors and staff that know specialized breeds including English bulldog and french bulldogs. I have had multiple c sections with my bulldogs over the last 7 years. The doctors are very experienced, mom is always taken care of very well and all pups delivered successfully. I have been a customer for over 9 years each experience has been very professional, thorough and priced extremely reasonable compared to other vets in NC. I highly recommend this vet, their have a high level of expertise and knowledge of dogs and cats. I have also used their over night pet services and have been very pleased when I go on vacation. This vet also has high quality products in the office for purchase to keep your pets body/hair/skin healthy.

By far the worst customer service I have every received from a vet. I have used them 3 times and tried both vets that do ear crops. They are more concerned with policy than the actual health of your animal. Reception did not ask any questions when I made the appointment which resulted in me driving 2 hrs each way for nothing. I was called negligent for not wanting my dog vaccinated during a time of surgery and for not wanting a non core vaccine. They demanded I get a Kennel Cough vaccine even though they admitted it would not take effect while my dog was there. I was called irresponsible for not having the double dew claws on my dog removed, which I told them several times was a breed standard. They only know how to measure for one length of ear crop. If you don't have a doberman, expect to get a doberman crop. They are incredibly rude as a whole. I will never go there again.

Not very impressed

After several attempts to enjoy my time spent with this veterinary practice, I have given up. Nearly all staff members here are rude and uncaring. Not to mention their "practice manager". She us consistently condescending and shows no level of education or tact.

Also, what kind of veterinary office cannot spell "veterinarian" right?? Check out their webpage...

The absolutely WORST Vet ever. They are only in it for the money. You will be taken to the cleaners and your pet will have the worst of care. They left my Peony s babies to die during a C-Section, by not even removing their sacks or trying to get them breathing before bringing them to me. They handed me back my Peony shaking like a leaf with no blanket covering her. I and my friend worked on her three babies for 45 minutes trying to get them back to life. Outside in the hallway, you could hear the staff laughing. It was the most gut wringing experience. All I wanted to do was get my babies and my sweet Peony out of there and to a heated car and to a place where they could be loved. Don t go to this Vet. As a breeder, I will never return here and will warn everyone I can about this place! My babies made it thanks to my and my friends efforts and no thanks to this horrific Vet, Dr. Sarah Anderson.

I love this Vet! They have taken the best care of my dog for 14+ years now. From being sick when he came home from the pet store to his current battle with heart disease and everything in between. I now have 4 dogs and a cat and would not trust them with anyone else. They are great at explaining any situation and what treatment options are available and the cost involved. I am so excited that they can now have the equipment to do ACL surgeries. They also have excellent groomers that I use regularly. The employees are friendly and seem to love all of the animals. I could not ask for better.

This practice is a great place to have your small pet treated. Prices are really reasonable and they talk to you like your brain is turned on....no one talks down to you and they explain multiple options and prices so that you really know your choices. The grooming on site is convenient too and my dogs board here on holidays without spending an arm and a leg.

Do not recommend

I took my 12-week old puppy for a check-up, as requested by my breeder. Even though my pup had been vaccinated by my highly reputable breeder's vet 4 days prior to our visit (and I had proof), the vet suggested a duplicate vaccine, saying "it probably wouldn't hurt." UMMM...double dose of vaccine--could be fatal! Additionally, my pup, who had no sign of illness seemed to have a "parasite" and the vet charged me some for a medication which seemed to make him sick after he started taking it...so I stopped giving it to him and he was fine. I had him tested for the parasite by another vet, which came back negative. Apparently, he had an ear infection as well and therefore, another charge for the antibiotic for that...and now I'm skeptical about that as well.

This vet must really be hurting for money the way she charged me for these questionable ailments. Please be careful with what vets tell you--the vaccine thing alone was scary enough. My health science education luckily gave me enough background in immunology to reject the vet on that one.
