If you are looking for a good cut, then fine...you can get that here. However, I do not recommend this groomer. The owners (particulary the woman - her husband is a little nicer) are rude and condescending. On more than one occasion I have been "talked down to" by her regarding my dog. The last occasion of rudeness was the last straw, and I am no longer a customer. There was a mix up in appointment time, and rather than trying to figure out what happened & reschedule the appointment, I was told "Forget it...you are an hour late!" I'm sorry, but it is just not good customer service to tell a returning customer to "forget it!" and dismiss them like they are a disobedient dog or a little child. If she treats people this way, I can't imagine how the pets are treated when no one is watching. Stay far, far away. There are other very good groomers in the area...try one of them.
