Stutts, & Carpenter

We went to see Dr. Stutts(formerly Dr. Carpenters)to have an implant placed. Had a recheck in June. Restoration scheduled 7/27. They had 4 wks to order the components. I have since moved out of state. I flew in(I used to work for an area dentist, I was going to assist this case)they called and cancelled stating the healing abutment wasn't in. Rescheduled for 8/4. The part wasn't ordered. They completely dropped the ball on this case. Called to see if it could be overnighted and they said no. This is a poor way to do business. She has to go without a front tooth for three wks. I WOULD NOT recommend this office to anyone. They have ZERO concern for their patients. Unfortunately we are at their mercy. I'm in disbelief at how we were treated. I know why the components weren't there. The most unprofessional oral surgeons office i've ever been to. I will be telling my general dentist friends in the Greensboro and surrounding areas not to be recommending this oral surgeon.

I had the BEST experience having my extractions done by Dr Carpenter, he and his assistant made it a very enjoyable experience, I highly recommend Dr Carpenter.

I love the whole office, and wouldn't go anywhere else! Their entire staff are very welcoming & have great attitudes! It's been years since I went to anyone except this dentist. They do totally painless high quality tooth repair and maintenance.
